Nice place to rent an ebike. Been there a few times. They got my mom on a bike for the first time in 20 years, and hooked my sister up with something fun for a weekend of wine country exploration.

Start to finish we had such a fun experience! The bikes were a joy to ride and in great condition. Everything was explained to us so well before we started our ride including what we might need along the route and how to ensure we had enough charge for the whole day. We had full support including knowing we could phone the shop if needed. If you’re looking to rent for a memorable adventure or purchase to add some outdoor fun to your life I would definitely recommend Pedego Livermore

Just had a regular tune up on our two bikes, and once again, experienced great customer service.
Our experience and interactions with Jim and Brett a couple of years ago when we first purchased our bikes was excellent, and their promise of after sales service certainly factored in to our decision. We’ve loved our bikes from day one, and now a few years later and with almost 4000 miles on my bike I can honestly say that quality of the after sales support remains impeccable.
Bret does an amazing job with tune ups/ servicing and this time was no exception.

The nicest bike shop in the world! Nice e bikes that will fit every level of rider experience, but- more importantly- the shop is staffed and operated by a team that will go out of their way to make sure you go home with the bike best for you. Shoutout to Mike, who gave me my first e bike ride and lesson, letting me leave feeling totally happy and comfortable with my new Pedego.

Super helpful and friendly staff. We had so much fun with our first bike rental that we went back again the very next week! I was skeptical of the e-bike concept, but you get to see so much more on a longer bike trip that’s easy. I haven’t been on a bike in ages and it was so much fun! Felt like a kid again! Livermore wine country is beautiful by bike. We’ll definitely purchase e-bikes from them asap.

My bike got a flat as I was riding. I don’t have the space or tools to take the back wheel apart so I loaded it on the rack and went to Pedego Livermore! As always the service was quick, friendly and as always, they caught something I missed! They fixed that and I paid for the flat and was off! I highly recommend this store and owner.

Started off with a couple years of researching, renting, and contemplating what ebikes to purchase. Then stopped in and met Loretta and Mike at Pedego Livermore. Their laid back, chill vibes, no pressure sales along with the specs and warranty just solidified us buying 2 Platinum Elements.then realizing the kids and friends had nothing to ride with us; sent us back for 2 more Elements.
We just got the Platinum's serviced and "juiced up" (programmed faster) shout out to Bret. What a BLAST! They are so fun riding.
Highly recommend renting some and cruise around Livermore to the Breweries, Wineries or just go grab lunch.

The whole team at Pedego Livermore is amazing! Early on, I have some glitches with the bike-my fault and they were so help. They educated me on some of the technical aspects and did not make me feel dumb. I love my bike! It is the best!

My husband and I rented bikes and went on one of their Wine Wednesday rides. We had so much fun that we returned the next week to buy bikes of our own. Everyone here at Livermore Pedego was wonderful at answering our questions and helping us select bike that we love - City Commuter for me, Ridge Rider for my husband.
