Pedego Electric Bikes Santa Rosa

Pedego Santa Rosa is amazing! We were traveling in Marin when I suddenly developed a problem with my Pedego Element. Our dealer in LA is wonderful, & responded right away to my email, but obviously couldn’t diagnose the problem from a distance. My brother in San Rafael however, had worked with Colin at Pedego Santa Rosa, and he called him right up. Colin told us we could bring the bike in the next morning, which we did. In the shop, Tyler could not have been nicer or more efficient - when we returned from getting gas, the bike was repaired and ready to go! Absolutely wonderful to find such amazing customer service and personable and knowledgeable staff - SO rare in this day and age! I cannot speak highly enough of Pedego Santa Rosa, Colin and Tyler; they saved our trip!

Colin Thomas provided a very thorough orientation on choices of the Electric Bikes in Santa Rosa on my first visit. Before making a final decision on best make and model for me, I shopped around at 5 different stores and read reviews online about the Pedego model he recommended and made the informed decision to purchase the original e-bike recommended and test peddled.
I have to thank Colin again for the tremendous personal support in my plunge into the e-bike world.

Great experience! Colin was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our group of 8 enjoyed the bike excursion. Check-in was accomplished without paperwork via a QR code, which was seamless. The bikes were very nice and easy to operate. We rode for about an hour on the Joe Rodota Trail from Santa Rosa to Sebastopol, where Colin recommended a spot to eat for lunch. Scenery was beautiful. There were a few spots where we had to cross roads with busy traffic but there were crosswalks and signals, so it wasn't too difficult. If we had longer I would have liked to ride further, but we only had a few hours in an afternoon. Recommended for a relaxing and fun group or team event.

Great experience! We rented from Colin to do our private riding though wine country and the experience could not have been better. He was super accommodating and knowledgeable. The bikes seemed brand new and were in excellent condition. We especially enjoyed the Bluetooth helmets he gave us, made it so convenient to talk while we rode. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Friendly customer service. Let me ride several bikes without the need to do a rental. Discussed primary use and my riding ability. Really helped me to narrow down my choice. The shopping and buying experience was very enjoyable low pressure.

OMG this business is terrific! I went there to buy a Pedego Element because I do 3 Day Eventing and we need to walk our cross country phases multiple times plus some of the venues are very large. I'm in my 60's so it was getting to be a bit much to walk those distances and some barn mates and my trainer have Elements and love them. I met Tyler in my first visit. He said he was "just the mechanic" but was super helpful. Later I spoke with Chris, the owner and told him exactly what I wanted and he made that happen! Today I got my Orange Pedego Element with mag wheels and a basket in front. Thanks so much Chris. This weekend I hope to purchase the pet carrier for my Chihuahua Siri and and also the Autumn basket liner. Sweet! I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes Santa Rosa!

I am writting a review about the great service I recieved from Pedego. My battery had expired while I had not been on a ride due to the rain this winter. It was right at the warranty expiration time, and I was experiencing some negative attitude. Colin at the Santa Rosa Pedego store and show room addressed my situation, made a call for me and the next thing I knew i was recieving a brand new free battery. He is the type of guy you want when you buy a nice bike like my Element is. That personal service and dedication to your great experience owning a fun E-bike is why I recommend Pedego Santa Rosa to anyone looking to get one of these wonderfull bikes.

We had a wonderful experience renting bikes from Colin. He went out of his way to rent to us on a day when the shop was closed. He made sure we had everything we needed, and he included helmets with blue tooth so my husband and i could talk to each other on the trail. He even led us out to the trail so we wouldnt get lost. Now that is service, above and beyond. Definitely the best rental service we have ever had!
