Jerry was very helpful front the start found a few extra things that needed attention on my pedego element platinum fixed them quick and bike rides perfect will definitely come back

We bought my son an e-bike for Christmas from this shop, and from the first time my wife walked in the door, we have been amazed at the helpful and positive enthusiasm of the staff here, especially Jerry. They are very knowledgable about their products, and their genuine love of cycling and support for the community shine through. Every time we drop by with questions or need a quick tune-up, they are gracious and helpful. Their new shop location is immediately off the bike trail, and has a wide variety of Pedego models and the various products to support them. I would highly, highly recommend this shop to anyone interested in e-bikes.

I needed to get my valve adjusted on my tire so I stopped by Pedego Upland. I had never been in the store because I have a pedal bike, but learned that they service pedal and service bikes here. Jerry and Suzy provided excellent service and were kind, professional, and courteous. Jerry was able to fix my valve quickly. They also sell and install Tannus Armor which is a must if you are trying to avoid flat tires due to thorns on the Pacific Electric Trail. I recommend visiting them to have Tannus installed. Overall, I had an incredible experience at Pedego Upland and will return here for all of my bike service and accessory needs in the future. Thank you Jerry and Suzy!

These folks can’t be beat for friendly service and going above and beyond to keep customers happy. I purchased a Platinum Interceptor bike from them three years ago, and have never been anything but totally satisfied with the bike and their support.

I heard they were moving from this location, I wonder why the website doesn't mention it? Just in case anyone plans on going there, maybe call first.

This is a great place, run by wonderful people which whom I appreciate! I rode in off the foothill bike trail with two flat tires. They inspected my bike and recommended the slime inner tubes, and threw in a courtesy break adjustment. If you need a quick repair while riding the foothill trail, go here. They’re not only knowledgeable about bikes but hospitable to their customers providing water and clean restrooms. Thank you for your help AJ and Jerry! 10/10

Wow! Talk about amazing customer service. Jerry went above and beyond the call of duty to help my husband and me to solve a huge problem with our Thule equipment. He could have easily let us walk away because it wasn’t his problem. Instead, he patiently helped us find the replacement key and even let us borrow the key to take to a locksmith so we could have one made. We were impressed with the friendly and super helpful service. As soon as we are in the market, this is the place we will go for an electric bike or accessories. Thank you, Jerry!

We were in the area visiting my son and family. We are from Pennsylvania and regularly ride in the Pocono Mountains of Pa. We wanted to try something in this area for the day and were fortunate to connect with Susie and her staff from Pedego Electric Bikes. We were fitted with bikes, helmets, water and bike locks. We were also instructed about things to look for on the trail. Everything we needed for a great ride on the Pacific Electric Trail. The ride was beautiful. 34 mile total round trip riding through interesting towns and landscapes. Susie and her staff were wonderful. So informative! So friendly and welcoming! We had a great time and will certainly be repeat customers. Thanks for everything.

Talk about customer service! Rented a pair of e-bikes to travel the Pacific Electric Trail. Jerry was so helpful and made sure that we were not only comfortable with the operation of the bikes but also gave us information regarding points of interest on the trail! When we encountered a sharp object/flat tire, Jerry quickly sprung into action and came to our rescue. Being close to lunch time, he gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations and even dropped us off! It’s hard to pinpoint the best part of the trip: the comfortable ride on the bikes with the gorgeous views or getting to know Jerry on the “flat tire” driving tour of Claremont! Jerry is the best:)

Amazing bike shop, They only carry the Best and they are awesome even it comes to servicing your bike, Pedegos is the Place To come to. The Owners Suzy, Jerry and AJ Curby are the most sweetest and helpful people I've met. Great customer service. We Appreciate you so very much!

What a great experience every time we go.
Owned and run by a pleasant couple who are very knowledgeable about E bikes. We have purchased through them and have returned with them always being happy to receive us. They also pla social events for gatherings for Ebikes. Different rides throughout the city. They also repair your bike. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

I have had my Pedigo bike serviced over here for several years. They have Great service and they are very nice and knowledgeable about E-Bikes. Especially AJ! He gave me some great advice about riding the last time I was in. I LOVE my Pedigo bike.

Customer service experts! We have two Pedego elements and had them serviced and jerry was amazing with his knowledge and how to up keep your bikes running and showed us how to work on your bikes which is awesome!
