The Peet's experience of 1985 is long gone, it's fine now, but no better than Starbucks or other large chains.

Really nice place to sit outside with friends and talk. Coffee is great but the crosswalks are always beeping

DO Not Ask People to wear a Mask if you guys are hypocrite not cleaning tables with ANY disinfectant product after people leave the table and another one seats on it. This is even worst than not wearing a mask. So Stop requiring people to wear a mask and DO YOUR PART as business if you really want to avoid Covid spread because the manly reason by infection is by touch. And You guys are not disinfecting tables in time.

Management seams rude to staff? I received a drink that was half foam I asked for a remake, and well apparently management couldn't keep happy stuff.now they have a staffing issue? I should have called corporate when they still had good fast staff showing up to open the store dayly. This is the only place I have time to spend time with the people I care about. Don't pull a covid Starbucks plz?

It must be me or my luck but all three times I’ve been here.they give me a latte instead of a macchiato. The distinction is very easy to taste and honestly, I get so upset when this happens. One is okay, twice.maybe it was busy. But three times. I’d rather go to Philz.
Please retrain the staff to understand those small but also huge differences between the Latte and macchiato. I would really appreciate it, I’m sure all those who order a macchiato would appreciate it too.
Also, if I asked for my pasty to be warmed up, don’t lie when we can see everything you do.

Drink was lukewarm.a shot of cold milk was add to expresso shots then Barista topped the latte off with hot milk making for a lukewarm milk. Guys Not A way to make any type of hot drink!

Being from Michigan, I expect my coffee to be hot and barista to be polite. But visited this place for the first time ever, I was served cold latte, I took only one sip and when I told the girl there, instead of being sorry (customer relaxation) for serving cold latte, she was rude and behaved like she is doing a favor and I am taking an undue advantage. I came to Pete's coffee with so much excitement and now it's gone forever.

Very good but no matter when I try to order delivery, it says that they are experiencing a high volume of orders and that they don’t have time for me. It’s happened everytime I’ve tried to order for the past two weeks

After a mix up with the credit card machine, the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Great service and coffee!

Awesome coffee, awesome location and plenty of sitting place in and out. Better interior than other coffee places.

I was at the the Fremont location. The inside was safety precautions and nice and santized. The only issues is the cleanliness outside the patio area and trash and tables not clean.

Felt very safe. Great coffee. My soy milk latte was not hot enough. Due to covid-19 restrictions I didn't go back to get it reheated or ask for another cup. Very polite and hardwork staff.

Normally the pastries at Peet’s are really good and fresh. Today I got the 3 berry scone and it was really dry and hard to chew on. Looks like it was over baked or maybe stale.
Called the store and they said these scones are like this (dry and hard)
In my opinion no pastries should be as hard as this where you may break your jaws chewing it.
