4This location is always slow and forgetful. Waiting for just a plain cup of coffee shouldn’t take 20 minutes or longer. I’m always told they are brewing a fresh pot and that they are really backed up. I understand they get busy but shouldn’t a pot of regular coffee should be ready at least? Employees are always speaking to each other about personal things and not paying attention to customers. When I asked one of the employee if I could speak with the manager and then to my surprise I was pointed to the manager who was also engaging in those conversations. Another day one employee was yelling at the other. Myself and others looked at each other with shock that this was happening. What is going on with place. Why is this place run by an inexperienced unprofessional person. This place needs new management.
We just ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and peppermint white mocha. They forgot the peppermint. If they were busy I would understand but they weren’t. Ruined my day!

Out of multiple peets in the bay area, matcha almond latte and almond latte are the best! Foam for matcha today was especially good!
