Peet's Coffee, Santa Clara CA

Nice and convenient location, good vibe, and super delicious coffee. The only issue is the items are kind of overpriced even for the standard of bag area.

Excellent service at this location. I’m a grad student and I come here to write my papers and indulge in an occasional cup of tea. The teas here are wonderful and the gluten-free brownie is also great. But it’s the smiles and jovial attitude of the baristas that do it for me. Everyone is lovely and the place is super clean. Thank you!

Worsts staff and I don't mean to be rude but I was charged for my order that was never confirmed and when I went to tell them about it they told me oh we don't work on the tech side sorry we need to help other customers.

Always friendly and provide excellent customer service.
This morning my husband and I wanted to use Apple pay but didn’t know how ‍️ and they guy helping us went out of his way to patiently explain and show us how to use this new method of payment. We were so grateful for his help, this made our coffees taste even better.

Apathetic staff most of the time. Unwilling to provide caring customer service- with a take it or leave it attitude. I left it and drove 10 miles to the Rivermark location. A total night and day. Staff who care, staff who suggested drinks, totally upholding the Peet’s tradition. DON’T waste your time and money (and gas) going to this El Camino Real - Santa Clara location.

Tall white girl with brown hair is super crazy. She went off on the customers and the other employees before closing.someone get her professional help. She also got all my drinks wrong.

Good and fresh coffee, my company was also ordered Peet’s coffee when they held the training in the office

This is the 2nd time in a week that this has happened: Come in to order Frappe drinks but they cannot make them because they have not the "Base" (Whatever that is) to make this drink! I never have this problem at Starbucks.

Lots of places to sit and do work, hang out with friends or read a book. I really enjoy this Peets.

This Peet’s Coffee location is always clean, employees are always friendly, and my drinks are always made correctly. Service is wonderful.

I order for decaf coffee but the test like hot water.should be little thickness like a coffee not a water

I placed my order through the app and took to long to be ready. Drinks are ok but not the best.
