4 I ordered a hot white chocolate mocha, and it was definitely among the top worst coffees I have ever received. Certainly, the worst I have received from a Peet’s location. It tasted like a lackluster latte with the milk to espresso proportions grossly inaccurate. There was barely any white chocolate mocha syrup, and what little there was was entirely at the bottom.
I genuinely regret going here and spending my money. I wish I had gone to the Starbucks nearby. Fyi, this location apparently doesn’t accept the Peet’s app. Their preset tip suggestions start at $2.

Terrible coffee and service. The coffee tastes like dirt. They heavily burnt my oat milk, I went back to ask for a new one the male looked at me like it was from outer space and refused to make me another one, he offered to add cold milk in it instead.
I proceeded to explain the milk
was extremely burnt and it didn’t taste ok, he responded with, “would you like a warm one”.
He proceeded to talk negatively about my feedback and laugh behind my back as I walked away, my partner was standing out the front.
Extremely disrespectful poor service from the gentleman. Stay away from this tourist trap.
Train your staff to listen and make coffee!

Thought this was really cool. Scan the QR Code, entered my information. It says thank you! And I waited. And waited and waited. I finally asked the guy monitoring things how long it took for a single cup of tea as everyone before me and everyone after me had already been served.
Apparently it never took my information. I stood there forever and the guy saw me.and said nothing. However I was charged by American Express which I will be of course challenging. Just don't bother. Go to Starbucks. It's a line, but at least you know you'll get what you wanted
