To be clear, the service at this Peet's is stellar. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately my Havana cappuccino order (the only drink I ever order, about twice a month for a couple years) is 50/50. Half the time it's amazing! Which is why it's my favorite. The other half of the time it's gross. Tasting burnt and/or watered down, severely lacking flavor, just wrong. When it's good it brights my whole day. When I sit down at the office, take a sip, and it's bad? It really sucks. And I can't just leave work to go get it fixed, which means no morning coffee. To whoever makes it well if you could maybe retrain the others?

Excellent coffee and sides orders. Service is OK. Prices are reasonable.
