I was very impressed with this company and the crew who did the work removing two Palm trees and grinding the stumps. Communication was great and the quote I received was reasonable. They showed up on time and the work and clean up was done as promised. I actually had them come back the next day to remove some large Yucca trees and trim some trees. I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

I was very happy with the service I received from Pelletier Tree Service. Mark was able to give me an estimate right away and in about 2 days his workers were at my house. We had 5 trees to trim and 3 trees to be removed along with the stumps. 3 workers showed up and in about 6 hours it was all done. They cleaned everything up and you can never tell they were here, other then how great my trees look. Such a difference. I will definitely use them again.

His workers showed up on time (actually a little early) and got right to work. They were done in just a few hours and did a very thorough job. You could hardly tell there had been a tree there. They left the yard very clean. No payment is made until Mark comes and inspects the work after.

I wasn’t sure if I would be there for the inspection and Mark said that was fine, that he could come back at my convenience. I really appreciated that.

We had a relatively big job, since we had neglected our trees for several decades. The crew that showed up were truly hard-working, and almost failed to complete the job in a single day, as had been estimated. However, Mark sent a large clean-up crew in the late afternoon, and after a flurry of rakes and brooms, our back yard was in better shape that before the trimming. Highly Recommended!

This company is professional. I got my quote within 24 hours for my Mulberry. The owner had the crew come early to accommodate my work schedule as I work from home (new job) and it would have been too loud. He sent a 3 man crew and they were done quickly. The man cutting down the tree was tethered safely and his steps were carefully taken as to be safe. Very impressed and will only call Pelletier going forward. Tell him I sent you. Seriously. We were dreading getting our 3 overgrown 35+ft trees taken care of as they were squished between our fence and patio cover and also hanging well into the neighbor's yard.

Mark put all of our fears at ease and gave us excellent advice. Instead of getting them trimmed, we decided to have them removed (they grew over 3 ft/yr and the roots were coming up under our patio). We had called Mark on a Friday late afternoon; on Monday morning his crew came and took care of everything.

His crew worked fast, clean, and were very professional. Mark also made sure the tree removal was done and our yard looked good. Except for the missing trees, our yard, patio, and fence looks exactly the same.

I found this company on Google, when the service my landscaper recommended was no longer in service. I'm preparing my yard for a swimming pool and I had two large and messy trees (Ash & Pepper) that had to be removed and stumps ground out in a short time frame. I called Pelletier and spoke with Mark who was very helpful. I sent him pictures of the trees, and the scope of work. He got back to me the same day (Friday) with a quote, and his team was out at 8am on Monday to do the job. That plus trimming two trees that will remain, took them only 1 day. The trimmed trees were expertly laced and not topped as many trimmers do to my horror. The team was friendly and helpful and confirmed the plan that we had for the trees. They cleaned up everything and miraculously they were able to work around my landscape lighting and sprinkler system. My neighbors asked for their number which tells you that the job was well done. I plan to use them for all my remaining tree trimming needs.

They tackled our monster pepper tree. And gave great advice. All the workers were professional, helpful, and mindful of what they were doing. They also removed a messy plum tree and cleaned. Up our palms I will call this company when it's time again for service. I have never felt compelled to do that with other tree service companies.
