Very pleasant office and was able to get me in the same day. The doctor located the item in my and removed it and gave me drops to use. Great treatment.

I have consistently found Dr. Butler a very knowledgeable, efficient and personable physician. It is always a pleasure to meet with her, and I always feel confident in her advice.

I highly recommend Dr. Butler. She caught a few thing previous providers had missed and did a fantastic job with all age groups from myself to my younger children.

After being a patient of Dr Bill Bell for many years, I was happy for him when he decided to retire, but disappointed he would no longer be practicing. I trust his judgement and knew I would be in good hands at the Pendleton Eye Center where he referred his patients. He left us in very good hands! Dr Butler is very thorough and explains things in detail as she is getting to know you personally. Very happy with Dr Butler’s care, knowledge and attention to detail.

Dr. BUTLER IS AWESOME. Loved her and her care. My only complaint is wait time in the exam room. It has exceeded 30 minutes on both of my visits. Maybe schedule patients further apart?

The entire staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Ashley took the time to explain details of my daughters vision needs. On the way home my daughter and I were both almost brought to tears at the joy she experienced of being able to see so clearly. The people in place are doing good work!
As a bonus, they found my dad jokes funny!

Best eye exam in my life. The supporting staff was friendly and efficient. Front desk was Jen or Linda? I was checked in and ready in minutes. The ophthalmic technician who did my workup was Yadira, she was very thorough, extremally nice and answered all my questions. Dr. Butler was both professional and provided an exceptional customer/patient experience. She explained the health of my eye in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I always have many. I have diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis, so my eye exams are very important. I had my eyes dilated, OCT scan, IOP check, and a slit lamp exam. All normal with only early cataracts. I ended my visit with Amy the optician to go over my glasses. She was able to help me pick out my glasses and explain my benefits. I left with my prescription and a sheet that details my savings with insurance and clinic discount. I would save close to $500. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Butler and staff.
