Their new office is very different. Feels like a glasses store up front. Very open design. Everything new. Very nice. Have not seen an examination room yet. Just picking up.

Would be 5 stars, but parking is now metered, on street, or in the lot across 8th behind a tattoo parlor. The lot was full the day I went. Construction next door. Not a great situation.

Staff from the counter to the doctor were exceptionally attentive, positive, high energy and helpful. (Not to mention the exceptional appointment reminders and address of the beautiful, new location.) I haven't experienced such professionalism in a long white. The retail area is extensive and staff is very caring to help your needs. Dr. Becker is exceptional and I feel confident with her taking care of my eyes on an annual basis and all the needs in between. I highly recommend this office.

The only thing the pre-check-in using my phone to answer questions didn't help expedite the situation.
Lock forward for my next visit, I put the date on my phone. Most times you are given a card with the date and time of appointment.
