This review is difficult to write for words alone cannot explain how great this place is, so I will just start with, that out of five stars, they deserve at least six or seven. The first contact with Jon was a phone call and from this, I could hear his honesty, passion and knowledge. Having spent eight months with a prosthetist going nowhere, I could not wait to meet Jon and get started in the proper direction. Well, I now have a socket that feels like it’s part of me, does not toe-in or out, feel loose and does not move when entering or leaving my car. It impresses me that he does all The work himself from the first measurement to final product, (very few prosthetists
can say this) which says so much for his dedication and knowledge. Why go elsewhere and receive and inferior product? ‘To ensure the best, retain the best’.

Jon really listened to my goals and desires to live an active life and designed a prosthesis to help me accomplish those goals. So nice not to be forced, by the prothestist comfort zone, into a substandard design. Jon really listens.

I was referred to Jon through my surgeon. Jon has been such a huge support during my journey. He was there from the beginning with my struggles. He took it slow and easy as I seemed to have the incredible shrinking stump! Without his support, i am not sure where I would be right now. I feel more like he is a family member! For anyone who is going through this, go see Jon. He will fix it for you. I am also impressed with how his positive attitude has passed on to medical professions in the area. He is highly thought of here in the Peninsula.
Jon was so willing to take me on that he actually pushed to have my crazy insurance approve him as a provider (anyone with PAMF, Sutter Health, Jon is your guy!)
You can not find a better Prosthetic guy. I am fully ambulatory every day now. No discomfort with my leg. I often forget I am even wearing it, like right now. K

I absolutely love the care and service I’ve received from day 2 and throughout my recovery process. Jon Smith was/is so very professional as well as everyone at the Lodi office.
