A gem in the Golden Cove center. Great beer selection, excellent food and friendly service make this an awesome location.

A dive bar that feels nice. Food is solid, the owner and employees are really friendly. It feels like a good community atmosphere. Bar seating inside or tables outside.

The food is to die for. The flatbreads are crafted to give your tastebuds a ride to the coast of Cali and its provisions. The burgers are hand crafted fresh, and the Smashburger is to die for; try it double. The beer selection is extensive and very well thought of. I’m a hazy type of guy, and their hazy’s are top notch and locally brewed. Best beer and food selection in town!

The lava burger special was an insult even after 50% off. The worst hamburger I regret to have ever eaten. Greasy bun and partially burned meat with nasty cheese, no pickles, lettuce, As thin and plain as it could be. I did request no tomato. For the price I can find much better quality anywhere else. Regret not being able to post pictures? Would make you run.

Outstanding place with a nice bartender and a cool regular crowd. Visited from out of town and this will be one of the first stops every time we come back.

Peninsula Tap House is the best! There’s a great selection on beers on tap with an awesome staff that make you feel like you’re at home. It’s a PV gem.

A local place with a non-pretentious SoCal vibe. One of the few tap houses on the hill. Great location, really friendly, amazing tap beer list and full compliments for the exceptional bar food. It's a really well curated menu and certainly a crowd pleaser. We have had the wild mushroom flatbread and chicken tacos on multiple occasions, both excellent. Today we had the grilled cheese (pictured) again, excellent. The sausage sampler just walked past and so we'll try that next time, it looked amazing! A bonus edition is the live music. Hard to beat.

Went for the first time yesterday evening and already went back today. Love the patio, good selection of beer and the food was great! The only thing I wish is that they would put more effort into their website or a FB page detailing what music or events are happening when.
