I had an emergency, broke a filling at lunch on a Saturday.of 8 supposed 24/7 emergency dentists.this one was the only one that was actually useful.
Had to do the basics new patient stuff. STAFF WERE SUPER NICE.
MY DENTIST WAS AWESOME. SHE GOT ME IN AND ENDED UP DOING A NEW CROWN TO FIX MY TOOTH. ONLY THERE ABOUT AN HOUR 1/2 WALKED OUT SUPER HAPPY AND ABLE TO GO ABOUT MY DAY.

Recently moved to RSM and wanted to find a dentist close by. My initial visit was great. All the staff staff are courteous, competent and the office is also quite nice.

Thank you Cheree you're an amazing hygienist and human being. You are truly the best! I began my care when Dr Penrod was still with us (many years ago). He and now the Drs who have joined the team take excellent care of my teeth, cosmetic and general oral health for many years. I moved out of the area over ten years ago and continue to travel over 100 miles for cleanings, regular exams and anything else that might come up (it rarely does, they have taken such great care of me)

This is the 1st visit where the person who was checking me in and out never even looked up at me. She asked me questions and stared at her computer. It was quite different and nothing I have ever experienced in this office before.

My molar was cracked and a chunk of it fell off late on a Friday afternoon. I called Penrod Dental and they told me I could go in right away since I had to work the next morning. They got me fit and prepped for a crown and sent me home with a temporary crown that feels great, all at the end of the day on a Friday. They are the best!

After several tries finding good dental care and some very unsatisfactory experiences, I found Penrod Dental and was thrilled with my entire experience. They are helpful, courteous, timely and offered an in house plan that is affordable. My care was excellent! Huge shout out for Carol, my hygienist and Dr. King! I was nearly shedding tears of happiness. NO upselling. Everything was very straightforward and I am overjoyed to have found them!

This place was on it! Elsa and Rebecca are my favorites! February Elsa did what none could do. Last time I was at the dentist they said my gums bled so much so they could not finish and sent me to specialist. I never went and for two years of covid I never went back. I was busy working (thank God). I went back and thought they would tell me the same thing BUT Elsa said calmly… “well let’s see how we do today” and would you believe… no shots and no bleeding! What! She’s the absolute best! I almost cried!

Now, I returned and saw Rebecca and she cleaned my whole mouth with zero issues! She’s the absolute best too!
The team is wonderful! They have a lot of people working to deliver quality care and this has got to be the most sophisticated Dentist office I’ve ever experienced. Wow I’m so lucky to have found this place!
