Not sure what to do, i didn't go to work today due to my car battery dying do to my lights being on and they didn't leave me a number to call if i wasn't able to come in i work from 10pm to 6am and the office is closed at that time who am I supposed to call because i wasn't informed and i don't wanna be fired due to no call no show but no one explained or gave me a number to call if it did

I just called they said they are slow and I should find a "agency to work with". I thought you guys were known for work but all y'all do is give the run around

Latisha Ramos from people ready san bernadino branch, is the rudest woman I've ever delt with from any of the branches so far. I was sent to a job to take pictures of the job that needed to be completed, come to find out, they canceled the job but didnt take it down from job stacks. I drove a hour and a half in traffic to get to the site and perform my job.they were only willing to give me 2 hours pay instead of the 4 hour minimum by law. They told me to call corporate and told me there was nothing else they can do. This was their mistake, I wasted gas and time and couldn't even be properly compensated. DO NOT TRUST THEIR JOB TICKETS, they might send u on a job that turns out to be a waste of your time and resources

Brenda was very helpful and mirian was a joy. They have wonderful customer service and they are interested in actually helping you. They do payday loans, western union, and title loans. My daughter was a handful and they made it easy to deal through the process! Will definitely return. Thank you guys

They told me I was getting paid each Monday! This is the second week they haven’t paid me on Monday and they are closed random days I’m still trying to contact someone for my pay check

Tried to hold back from writing a bad review, cause I know customer service can be annoying, but this happens way too often. You can never count on this branch to pay you out on time. I've never had this much of a problem from any other that I've worked through. I get anxiety every time waiting for my money to come in and I try to give the benefit of the doubt but just too many times when I need the money.

Poor services when it comes to following up to get a job assignment set for a day after a holiday and they tell u they have one and they keep ignoring ur calls it’s frustrating and not cool

They're rude and they don't pay ur whole check. Never go to that agency. They didn't pay me a work weeks pay only for one day. Smdh

I felt very professional. It was an easy and speedy process for me, someone who has worked with people ready already.

Was denied job employment because the survey is racially biased. The survey that they incorporate in their assessment asks you multiple times if you use drugs on site or fight. The survey does not actually assess if you are a willing to work and do the job. Also, one of the questions that they ask is a trick question that has no correct answer.
