Great dispensary. Great people Rosin Tech Labs in the house. Many other different brands stop in for your favorite brands.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Overpriced, Years Old Product, Terrible Customer Service. Came in a month ago after not having visited in like a year. I noticed a bud tender was someone I knew from high school but I didn't mention anything, simply got in line and waited my turn. Then this bud tender calls security and has me escorted out apparently over drama from 15 years ago that I don't even remember. I didn't even have time to say anything before I was rushed out! These people don't know how to run a business, take yours elsewhere. The Dispensary down the street or the Bract House have prices 50% better with twice the amount of product.

Prices are a bit on the high side but so is the quality. You get what you pay for. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all.patient.loved this place.

Horrible customer service. Called earlier in the day and asked about stiiizy pods, they said they had a delivery coming in and be ready before or at 3pm. Got there and didn't have anything ready and/or didn't care about helping us. Just said "oh I'm I've got the flower right now, haven't made it that far sorry have a nice day". Not let me see what I can do, or give me like 10-15 minutes. So I say again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went on 420 at 420 was told by a gf, they were the best for a 420 celebration. She went spent 50$ and relieved a TON of free promotional products! Me I go in 30 mins later both are set up out side not too many people and I spent 60.00 and I did NOT get anything promotional. Hm let's think treat ALL customers the same.

Small and very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Selections are abundant. Eatables, Prerolls, Flower, and clothes. My New spot.

First time new to this. Staff was very friendly and helpful was able to direct me to the product needed to deal with pain from acute pancreatitis. Would go back if in the area but live out or state.

Been going since they first opened there doors, been getting deliveries for over a year now and today they say they stopped doing it, no heads up on the last delivery, nothing, the original owners did it better, i always spend well over the limit and always tipped the driver. No longer will be going to them.

I've been going in this location for about 2 years solid now weekly every time they have what I want they actually care about their customers they take pride in their job and what they sell they are knowledgeable and friendly and have really good deals and a worthwhile loyalty points program that actually saves you money a very warm & welcoming atmosphere, I don't go anywhere else!

Came in with my mom who is a retired veteran. They wouldnt let her in because her license is expired (despite documentation proving the renewal was paid for valid, it just hadn’t come in yet). Despite this I went in with cash for my mom to try and get her stuff for her. The employees were super unhelpful, did not offer an apology or any assistance with trying to help her order. On top of all of this their products were overpriced and lacking in quality. Even their BOGO 30% off deal didn’t help, as you can only get the 30% off of the lowest item you bought, which is only approx 5$ in savings.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not coming back

Second time in and this experience was better than the first. Michael and the rest of the staff were helpful, fast and very polite. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful customer service from the in-house staff and delivery driver. Speedy delivery as well! Highly recommend. Vikki the receptionist and Dakota the driver deserve a shout-out they were both super cool/helpful. Thank you!

Nice nice variety of different strains of cannabis. Edibles, oils, flowers. Just about what you need is right here for All. Unfortunately taxes are Sky High but that applies to all of the dispensaries local in Modesto! Enjoy the bad tenders they know what they're talking about. Enjoy!

The best dispensery ever! They offer a wide variety of product.rather it be top shelf.or budget friendly. And their prices are competive.if not matched. I looove the point system.for every dollar you spend.u earn credit towards future purchases.which alwys comes in handy!
eveytime i go.all the grls are so helpfull.they take their time w u explaining all the products and always offer me multiple options. Ive never felt rushed.nor do they seem bothered if i have questions.

WASTE OF TIME HERE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD THINK FOR A FIRST TIMER THEY WOULD TREAT YOU GOOD. AND THEN ON THERE MENU ITS SAYS THAT FIRST TIMERS GET PERCENTAGE OFF, BUT WHEN YOU CALL THEY GET SO OFFENDED BY JUST A SIMPLE QUESTION. MAYBE THEY SHOULD UPDATE THERE MENU AND NOT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER THAT IS JUST THERE TO MAKE THE PLACE MONEY! LIZ ATTENDED US WITH DISGUST AND IS VERY RUDE AND I WELL NEVER COME TO THIS DISPENSARY EVER AGAIN THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. AND ALSO I WELL BE CALLING CORPORATE THAT BEHAVIOR IS UNCALLED FOR AND UNNECESSARY.

Our store that we went to in Ceres quit selling our Cannaline syrup so I searched for a new place and found the people's remedy and the staff there are wonderful, I have a seizure disorder and I haven't redone my licences hut when I go with my husband they let me sit inside in case of a seizure and the staff there are so wonderful and so caring and we have found our place that we will continue to go to! Thank you so much to the caring staff at the Peoples Remendy!

Pretty cheap prices on weed and they don't tax too hard, extremely friendly staff and I'll definitely recommend you to go to this place
