Manny Moe and Jack would be very upset if they saw what this auto pert franchise has turned into. This particular store has sold out to Uber and Lyft cars safety inspections and has turned a blind eye to its customers by closing of their retail operations. One can still buy tires and have work done to their car but can’t buy accessories for their vehicles anymore.

Very clean store with cool cortious knowledgeable staff and mechanics! Whenever my truck needs service I take it to this Pep Boys! They do good work and it's guaranteed! Plus they service your ride quickly! Two thumbs up no complaints and highly recommend for people who care about their vehicle!

I love coming in to see the store manager at this location. She is so friendly and easy to connect with. Suzy always helps me and all of my gal pals no matter what the issue may be. I love clean and in theme with the holidays this store is.

The staff and mechanics are great. Very informative and walked me through all the repair that had to be done on my vehicle. They gave me an estimate of all of the repairs need for the vehicle for a very reasonable price. They are great. I suggest going to this Pepboys with out hesitation.

Just wanna add something.my friend was speaking with them and he try to explain them how we should get the discount, this happend two hours ago today.because they give him only 15$ discount, and we have good warranty for tires.last time my warranty cover for ALL MY FOUR TIERS AND I PAY ONLY 170$ FOR FOUR TIRES. And then because i was telling them they need to help me they made me wait one and half hour just to change me one tire, and nobody was inside of shop i was the only guy.they just wanted to make me wait because i wanted to get the discount for wich I PAY by the way

Great location. Every time I bring my car here for service, they do a outstanding job and on time. If there is ever an issue, they call me. I got four tires on sale for a great price and they installed them in less than two hours from the time I checked in. Excellent customer service. I will keep bringing my cars and family members' cars here.

They only carry house brand filters, no purlorator or motorcraft. They are dropping their retail business, no parts etc. Adios, Pep Boys!

The girl with the nickname DJ most unprofessional worker.i got my warranty and she give me only 15$ discount on only one tire.and for the other tire she didnt even want to give me discount. I really like pep boys and last time they change all 4 tires for free because of my warrenty.i dont know whats up with these people here

Service was great getting battery installation. But what happened to the store portion being shut down bummer!

Have an appointment at 10am. I was told the I will wait 1 hour to and 1: 30. At 11: 30, the car was seen even started. Did not receive notice it was going to take longer. I wouldn’t have had an issue if they will have notified me. Pep boys customer service is horrible. Please don’t come here. Especially the location in Atwater on San Fernando.

Every time I bring my car to this location for an oil change they do a fear job. Today I been waiting on wait area and I was told it will be a couple hours, will waiting I notice not one was working on my car for more than 40 minutes. Pep boy charged for hrs and I been charged for that time that no one its working on my car.manager told me that they work on multiple cars in my opinion It has to be one at the time. I will like to her from pep boy if staff can do work like that.

I would like to express my deep appreciation to Jonathan, Assistant Manager in PepBoys at San Fernando Rd and Atwater in N Hollywood, who really helped me to resolve the problem with the battery for my Toyota Camry 2016 Hybrid. I called several Pep Boys and nobody could find the right battery for my car. Even on dillership they suggested me to bye very expensive one without alternative. After many unsuccessful calls to different places Jonathan was the only one who told me: come over, we have correct battery and we will replace it. The all work last only 30 min. Thank you Jonathan so much for your help, knowledge, explanation of details accompanying with patience and politeness. My car is running again! Jonathan definitely deserves acknowledgment, respect and rewards.

Super helpful and friendly desk employees. Answered all of my questions and were very patient and thorough in explaining my vehicle's needs. I've found my new repair shop!

Actual work was fine, but had a very frustrating scheduling experience. Had an appointment at 1 pm & car didn’t get into service until 3 pm.

The customer service is the worst and the manager is extremely rude. Save yourself some time and pick another location!

Jonathan, the service advisor is one of the nicest guys I've met for a person that works in the automotive industry and I just met him. He's professional and courteous. Marco, the mechanic the provided the service on my car was super quick and thorough. I'm coming back for sure!
