Went in for break changes, which I REALLY needed. Kimberly was the employee that helped me and she couldn’t had given me better customer service. Gave me my estimate and told me exactly what I needed. Even helped me with giving me a bit of a discount which I really appreciated. Went ahead and did it. Within 3+ hrs my car was done. Overall a great comfortable experience. This is the Pepboys that I always come to and will continue to. Thank you everyone at this Pepboys!

I came in to buy new tires and Kimberly offered me excellent customer service and was very informative. She offered me all deals that they had and gave me best advice possible. Was serviced with adequate time.thank you and totally satisfied

I've gotten my car serviced here for two years and I have zero complaints. They are always kind, efficient, quick, and honest.

I been to this location a few times and the store service has been great and the staff greeted me on every occasion. I gave 4 stars because of their greeting and acknowledgment of customers.

The auto service department hasn't been as consistent in regards to non operational screws have not been replaced at times - Nothing dangerous but just an inconvenience to replace them. My experience examples are an engine air filter screws missing and a cap for my radiator fluid reserver was not put back on (hasn't found a replacement yet). It's small but impactful when it comes to details of working on people's vehicle.

I took my car in because my radiator wasn’t working. So that’s what I was told from them. JUST TO REPLACE MY CAR RADIATOR WAS $1,700. Keep in mind I am not very knowledgeable about cars. I have two kids depending on my. So I said okay it’s a lot but I need my car to get around with my kids. They took all day to fix it. The front of my car is NOT aligned and they cut off the engine splash shield. They said it was broken because of my driving. I have never felt so taken advantage of. Because I’m a woman and knowledgeable about cars. I felt since it was a “respectable pep boys” I can trust them. I was so wrong.

Thank you Manny! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I came in because my coolant indicator was on. The service I received was 5 star! He immediately assisted me, checked out And resolved the issue and proactively checked oil levels. Turns out I definitely needed an oil change too. The service was not only thorough but fast. No more coolant indicator light and car is driving so smooth. I'm beyond happy with my service and recommend this location for car service.

Hello, my husband Óscar Amaya took our truck Ford expedition 2003 for a full tune up To pep boys at Huntington park ca. 2-3 weeks ago. Today 04/10/2021 our car was smoking so much it on the free way the oil pressure was low that our car completely shut down the car over heated and bc of the heat it made the water holes to explode. The truck never at any moment leaked while having it. We paid 700 something dollars for no work to be done I’m very disappointed. Having our son in the heat in a very disappointed scary moment.

Dont take your car here. They dont do the job you ask them to do. And if they do they will take their sweet as time so they can get paid the most. Levi is a big a hole too. He isnt so much of a manager if he cant even manage.

This place is a joke, I made an appointment to get an AC inspection, when I got there I was told that their technician wasn't available so I rescheduled my appointment to a day that they assure me he was going be there, but again the technician wasn't available, this is not a serious place they just wasted my time twice.

Very slow service, came in with an appointment. However vehicle wasn't getting any work done hours later. Also, employees don't wear mask over their nose.

Alejandro is the best service personal in that shop. He has always taken care of my car. Make sure to see him if you stop by that pep boys for service. Very professional.

Excellent service I do my company vehicle maintenance repair and oil changes here preferably to call and make an appointment for maintenance repair or just walk in and wait a little longer highly recommended
