Emily went above and beyond to help us out quickly! She was knowledgeable and friendly and got us in right before closing. Ryan had our tire changed out ready to go in no time. They saved our work trip and were both fantastic!

First of all I would like to make it clear that this review is about the online system of the company and not the folks of the location who were actually quite helpful when I called the store multiple times.

I've come across a deal Pepboys had starting the beginning of the month of April and went ahead and scheduled the appointment for a Saturday (which their system showed as an available option).

Never did I receive a confirmation so I went ahead and called the store to confirm. Turns out they are not open on Saturdays. Now in the meantime they have raised their prices online on the tires. Reluctantly I scheduled another appointment, this time during the week and agreeing to the price increase, but again never received a confirmation.

On my second attempt on calling the store to confirm, they tell me my order isn't even in their system even though I have received an email "with an order number" on both instances.

Wasted time on this. If they don't want to honor an offer simply don't advertise it.

I went in today for Antifreeze Exchange service-the customer service from the tech who helped me to the Manager was stellar! It was a pleasant experience and I will go back again…Great team! Thx again

The staff were more than helpful and above all, they were honest. I went in for an issue with my air conditioning and instead of telling me a lie and charging me hundreds of dollars they only charged me for a simple test which resulted in $8.27 fee. Admittedly Pep Boys was and has never been my go to place for auto repairs. My past experiences have always been sketchy and shady at very best, so I had no other choice as I was traveling across the country and other shops refused to help. Brooke and her mechanic went above what was expected and their customer service was exemplary to say the least. I was in the Shop for less than an hour and on the road again. My car is in peak mechanical condition thank you the Pep Boys in Roseville CA. Not only did they impress me with their customer service but they changed my opinion of this business altogether.

My Pep Boy experience was wonder! The staff and technicians we're a delight as well as the manager. Beautifully ran shop! Ty all!

I made an appointment to get my tire fixed with a nail in it. 5 min before I get here the want to cancel my appointment. So I get here and they say they'll try to squeeze me in with in 30 mins to an hour and 5 min later they tell me they can't. The excuse given was they tried to reach me all day but I only got 1 phone call from them trying to move up my appointment. I couldn't cause I'm at work right that's why I made my appointment. It would have been nice to receive a call an hour before that wouldn't have been a problem. I do not recommend this place.

Based on exactly year model, I was quoted a price for oil change, when they wrote up the paper, it’s a much higher price. I mentioned the previous quote, I was told it’ll be fixed to match the previous quote when work is done, understanding that some issue might come up so they might need to revise the final price. After 1.5 to 2 hours waiting, oil change is done, and when I’m ready to pay, they would not revise to the promised price, citing expensive oil etc. I didn’t really care about the $20 extra above the original quote, just not feel quite comfortable with the way being doing business like this. Staff members are friendly, I found no other issues other than the price which I feel like being overcharged.

RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I recently took my truck in for a oil change and new tires. I left with grease from a dirty hand on my 2021 light gray cloth seat and a truck that was louder than when it came in. Popped the hood, found that the airbox was totally open, not latched back down or sealed back up allowing debris to get past the filter and into the engine. I was mistaken thinking I could go to a place that does this work every day and think they would do the job 100%. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

They were welcoming, friendly and joked around. They finished faster than they said it would take:)

Randy helped me with getting oil change done. He was courteous, responsive and willing to to go the extra mile to make his customers happy. I highly recommend this place, any service needs ask for randy.

Made an appointment and was taken in right on time. Didn't try to upsell me on anything which I appreciated since I was just there for an oil change. They were quick and effecient and got me out if there in good time. Will definitely go again!

Called earlier today and was told there was little wait. When I arrived I was helped immediately and was given a free inspection for my car. There were just a few plastic pins missing from my undercarriage, which they replaced for no charge. Everything was wrapped up in about 15 minutes and I was on my way
