I requested an oil change, tire rotation and a diagnostic test. They contacted me after the diagnostic test and said I had a catalytic converter issue. They did not continue with the oil change & rotation because of the CC issue. They were very knowledgeable and helpful on deciding what my next step should be. They saved me time & money.

Came in for an oil change today. Sean, Andrew, and Raul were great! I was here less than an hour for an oil change. Would recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Update - came in for some trailer tires, oil change and issue with getting bad gas mileage. As always, Abraham, Andrew, Raul are amazing and took care of everything that needed to be done! Thanks guys!

Came in to Pepboys to get my 2 flat tires changed. Definitely was overwhelmed but Sean made the process quick and simple. Came in and got my car started right away. Knew what the issue was and gave me the best quality price for my tires. Definitely made my day a lot better knowing that everything was fixed and well done. Thanks to sean i’ll definitely be coming back to this shop.

Needed a tire patched and balanced. Dropped it off, 30 minutes later received a text it was done. That’s how I like things done. Quick & efficient.

Pep Boys is no longer here except for their tire center. They no longer have an auto parts store. Advance Auto Parts is taking its place but has not opened as of December 15th.

I came in because I needed a rotor replaced and the workers here hooked it up! The staff is very friendly and actually want to help you out for a reasonable price. I can't recommend this place enough!

I am so happy that we have Pep Boys in our neighborhood. I mainly use them for tires and their prices are always fair. Quick and convenient. They're always happy to help with any tire issues down the line.

So I keep trying to give this place a try, usually because of their hours, they take walk-ins, though I usually make an appointment. I have had oil leak after an oil change, and now. I had all four tires changed with an alignment. There was also some type of check up on the vehicle. We drove home 2 miles to find out the rt brake line had been cut, fluid was all over and I had no breaks. My son was the driver he didn't notice the pile of fluid and trail of fluid all over the garage and driveway, we immediately got it back to Pep Boys, it was repaired at my cost, but I do not believe in coincidences, the old hose itself looks brand new. I have it in hand. There is a clean slice in the line. Their competency makes me nervous. I gave 2 stars because the guys are nice and the prices are fair. I want to add THANKFULLY no one was hurt by the lack of breaks.

Gilbert and Alex provided 5 Star service when I arrived just before closing. They were happy to help and took care of my tire issue within minutes. Great customer service!

Came in just before close. Sean at front desk and his technician diagnosed and fixed my vehicle right away. Great service!

Tried to charge me $600 in labor for a purge valve replacement. Then I informed them it was covered under my leasing companies warranty. The final bill that went to my leasing company was under $150 for labor. Price gouging.

Robert did an awesome job on my car, took care of it really well and Andrew, (also including the staff) were very helpful and friendly. I am glad I brought my car here for service.

I got a flat tired and had to use a fix-a-flat to drive it to the nearest Pep Boys. After waiting about 4-5 hours they "patched" it. They did not balance the tire saying it costs extra, which they informed me only after I picked up the car. Car shook a bit in certain speeds. Then I started getting random Tire Pressure Monitor System error warnings when driving 45+ minutes. After a few months, I got standard maintenance at the dealership including tire rotation. The dealer Service Dept showed me that the tire was not patched properly, didn't not clean out the liquid, and Pep Boys had cutout a chunk of foam inside the tire (see photo). And now the TPMS sensor is damaged after driving 3 months with the liquid in the tire. The tire can not be balanced correctly because of the improper work by this Pep Boys location. Now I need to purchase a new tire, new sensor, and waste another day dealing with this. I wanted to support my local businesses but I absolutely not be going back there with my 4 other vehicles. I do not trust or recommend this location.

Honest and quality service at this location! Sean helped get my car fixed for half the cost that my dealership was charging. He got it done quick as promised and was available to talk to the entire time. I don’t know anything about cars so it was a relief that he was on my side and explained everything so I could understand it. I’m so happy it worked out easily, Sean was a super expert on everything and gave me great advice. I’ll always come back here and ask for Sean! So grateful for this positive experience…thank you Pep Boys Anaheim Hills!

IMPORTANT: They no longer sell auto parts and the store section is closed. They will not sell you anything, only work on your car. Wasted drive for me bc this listing has old photos and this place has been selling parts for decades.
