Everyone was so helpful, and knowledgably.
All my questions were answered. I was able to get in and out with no problems. Wait time was minimal.

They have hired all new people, and everyone in there is knowledgeable and very friendly, I will be going to this one quite often.

I booked my appointment the night before took my car in had new tires in less than 2 hours service was great and fast

These people are amazing! It took them a little longer than promised to finish work and they did all the work for FREE. This level of customer service is absolutely unprecedented. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I came into pep boys an appointment to replace a light bulb in my rear bumper. I happen to have a spare light bulb and I talked to the manager which I believe his name is Mr Byron. He took my appointment he took the light bulb that I had and said that he would get to it as soon as possible. Within 10 to 15 minutes later he said that everything was done and that he wouldn't charge me for the labor service. And told me that it was no charge. In these days you it's hard to find good and great services like this business at pep boys. I highly recommend this pep boys to everyone that I know friends and family. Thank you pep boys

I brought my 2019 Ford Transit here for rear brake replacement. A huge thank you to Myron, he was able to get it all taken care of on really short notice. I also received progress updates throughout the day which was really cool. It allowed me to plan ahead for vehicle pickup.

Customer interaction is excellent.service and diagnostic of my issues every time is accurate and they are super good with keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle. I always shop around for pricing just because times are rough and I can honestly say that I found the service fee and parts reasonable. I recommend this location. They are honest and get the job done right.

I had to call 3 other Pep Boys before I got the service I needed for a part that was under warranty. Seems unbelievable the other locations would treat a paying customer they way they did.

I'm happy to say this is the only location I will be doing business with.

I went to my local Pep Boys for a battery exchange. I was frustrated as I just purchased the new battery 2 months ago. Myron, who was so helpful back then was even more helpful, professional and understanding now. He listened, pulled up my information and told me not to worry, I don't have what you need in stock, but I will have it waiting for you tomorrow. I felt assured he was a man of his word and I was good with that. The next day I went in to the store, he remembered me right away a placed the new battery on the counter just as he said. That kind of service is awesome. It's what we need in our community. Thank you Myron, I appreciate you.

The level of service provided at this local pep boys on Crenshaw Blvd is unmatchable. Myron A.treated me like an all time friend, he was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Alejandro D.did an amazing job on my tires installation and alignment. I’m definitely coming back for an oil change and any other vehicle services! Thank you Myron and Alejandro!

I came here for an Uber check. Was greeted by aggressive, absolutely disrespectful, irritated-on-adge black male mid 50's, knock knees. He'd literally scream telling me to wait outside. Finally when got out, he shouted at me that I have rust on my windshwhipers and called me SILLY (that's very offensive).

He, then, flipped them (windshwhipers) by force to show me what was wrong!
This behavior is almost assaulting and shall NOT be happening in customer service whatsoever!
That person has an anger management issues and got to be checked w a therapist before returning to work

I needed a new car battery for my car and I called the Pep Boys on Crenshaw to see if they had any availability between yesterday and today for me to bring my car in. I spoke with Myron and he let me know there were a few no show appointments and if I was able to come by in the afternoon he would see what he could do. I made my way over in the afternoon and Myron was able to squeeze me in. I was in and out within an hour! Myron’s level of customer service was impeccable and I appreciate as a walk-in he was able to make sure my car was properly taken care of.

I just wanted to take the time to say that Alejandro Duran that works for Pep Boys on Crenshaw and Obama he had excellent customer service. I've been with you guys for a very very long time you guys have worked on over five cars they still Carson people and I also did lifting uber. This is the first time I've ever taken time to give someone a compliment he has excellent customer service as well thank you all
