Totally wasted my time! Scheduled an appt for a simple oil change at 11: 00 am. Waited until 12: 15 they didn’t even touch neither did they let me know it was late. Terrible.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys Thousand Oaks today and would highly recommend their service. I went in to get a bulb changed on my van, and Michele very graciously came out to help me rather than having me wait for full service. She helped me find the correct bulb and changed it quickly for me, free of charge. I was very thankful and impressed by the service and it truly made my day. Highly recommended!

there. They charge the same price as a Mercedes Service dealership. Some Mercedes dealership were even less then Pep Boys. Never again!
