In and out pretty quickly. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got what I needed (brake fluid) at a pretty fair price. Unfortunately there was a pretty weird characters (guy with a large 2' plastic white horse) walking around talking to himself AND customers including me. He seems to have taken exception to me wearing a mask covering my nose and mouth that had the U. S.and Mexico Flags on them. He loudly said something like "MEXICO. WHAT!? " (I'm African American). But I just ignored him. Didn't want any confrontation. BUT luckily there is an Armed Security Guard walking around the parking lot. But Unfortunately/Honestly, I wouldn't send my Mom, Wife, or Daughter there alone. Sorry.: (

I came to Bellflower store because I was sent here from Artesia store due to their computer shows Bellflower has 2 batteries in stocks. Well no help. First they did not want to accept my battery of 48 months free replacement saying it's 4 years. After I insisted that it's by month then I was being help. So in looking at my battery which they don't have an AGM champion and would not sell me an equivalent. Where Artesia offered me the equivalent and pay the difference. So they turn me away and tell me to call the 1800 number. I called and was instructed to to purchase a new battery and submit through the corporate office. Which I went back and repeat the instructions then they now willing to look up my truck and equivalent battery to buy. This is horrible experience and bad customer service to put me in the unnessary hoops and turnarounds to purchase a warranty replacement battery. What's worse is that they can't even test my battery saying it's dead. I don't recommend to shop at this place since the staff weren't helpful and not offering to help when they no longer has the same battery.

I was shopping around for 4 tires got a great deal. Quick service in-and-out love their service will definitely be back again.

The team at this Pep Boys was super friendly. They made sure to take the time to do the job properly and they didn't overcharge me for what they couldn't fix. They're great at suggesting coupons and saving their clients $$.

Took my truck in for an oil change last time and they stripped my oil pan drain plug and had the audacity to tell me it's normal wear and tear. I reminded them this time when I dropped it off for an oil change and asked that they at least install an over sized plug and i offered to pay for it, even tho its thier fault. I was nice about it and they said ok. Had my truck for over 6 hours before calling me to tell me they couldn't work on it. That's not wear and tear, that's lazy mechanics not using torque wrenches, then screwing over customers. The right thing to do would be they replace my oil pan they damaged. I was ok with the new plug and was still blown off. Been coming here for 8 years. I will not be back.

If you already know what’s wrong with your car then you can go this this Pepboys. But if you don’t and you’re depending on them, don’t! You’re going to waste your money and time. They are not good at figuring out the problem even when they check the code for your check engine light. They’re going to miss diagnose your car and they will turn your check engine light off but I promise you it’s gonna come back on and you will be back. Carlos and Rafael are cool dude but don’t let that make you believe they diagnose cars correctly. First time I went to this Pep Boy It was because my air conditioner stopped working. They told me I didn’t have any leaks and needed to put Freon in it and I said OK.
Three weeks later the air-conditioning stops working and I take it back. They tell me I have a leak and it’s gonna be $1700. I ask how come they missed it the first time and they blamed it on which ever mechanic looked at my car. I got two more incidents just like that one. I finally wised up and stop being cheap and took my car to Stu’s AE transmission in Long Beach off of Cherry street. They had to go back and fix what pepboys mess up and neglected. I could have tore my car up messing with Pep Boys. You’ve been warned

I've been to this location twice for oil changes and it's always been a very quick process. No waiting for hours. The staff is pleasant and I haven't had any issues. I'll be going back again

All the employees here have been friendly to me each time I have been there. I never paid that much for an oil change but everything they serviced was needed. I love the text feature and they send you pictures of what needs to be fixed, so you see why it needs to be replaced. Also an auto part store is right next store.

I won’t even start but so far I think they maybe right after all about my car so I gotta give them that at least

This is my 2nd time here the service was great & fast. Rafael, Carlos & the rest of the team are awesome. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you guys

The customer service was great, the rep who helped me showed me the problems (cv axle damage, brake pads completely worn out, rear rotors needs replacement) so that I understand the issues and gave me honest suggestions on prices for parts so I understand my options and how much I want to spend. There’s a long wait but that’s to be expected.

I had an appointment at 11 am but came in about 10 minutes late and while waiting in line to be attended to, there was a lady behind me waiting in line as well but her car was done before mine and we both came in for oil change and when I asked why her car was serviced before mine, the female attendant told me she was her customer meaning she attended to her, so I said you prioritized your customer you don’t prioritize appointments and you don’t prioritize first come first serve and she said if that’s how I see it so be it, but I said that’s what happened and that’s not fair because even though I came few minutes late for my appointment, I came in before the lady that her car was serviced before mine and we both came here for oil change

Very pleasant people to deal with. Maria tried to have my car out before I had to rent another day. Thank you all.

Raphael went out of his way to assist me. Answered all my questions honestly, in simple terms I could understand. I feel confident sending my elderly Mother-in-law here by herself, knowing she's not going to get ripped off or talked down to.

Carlos really helped me out of a jam on Wed. 10/05/2022. Upon arrival I learned I was 3rd in line of 5 people who all were somehow simultaneously scheduled for 10: 30 a.m. On 10/5. My wife who had a stroke was in the hospital, and I had to be there by 1: 00 p.m. To be with her. Carlos saved the day by intervening to get a headlamp bulb on my car replaced ASAP so I was on the road by 12: 00 p.m.

Never stop here again. Had a flat tire and they wanted to sell me a overpriced tire w/out even checking if my tire was fixable. Shame on you guys.
