Jacob Silva did an amazing quick and efficient job! Excellent customer service and very informative. Pep boys, this man deserves a raise.

I was a walk-in, they got to me really quickly. Fixed the problem pretty quickly, told me what I would need, or not need. (In this case it was a tire, one was cracking, not in good shape, others were fine, so they didn't push that I would need others). So helpful!

Disappointed with customer service! And additional charges.
I went for battery replacement during warranty period to PEP boys on Harbor Blvd. They charged me over $28 additional fee with junk charges to replace battery which was actually in warranty period. Plus staff were so unprofessional with customers. Waiting room does not have even drinking water fountain. Cold and NO heating in waiting room. Not happy overall!

Pretty convenient location right off the 91 freeway. I’ve had my cars serviced here a few times and I don’t have issues with getting them back within a reasonable time. Jovany and Ricardo are always super helpful

Extremely bad service they turn down alot of work due to only staff do oil changes Any thing other will require a technician but he's bonly in twice a week.workers are even working on anything just sweeping. Full brakes oil change rotation 1200$

Went in with power window failure on my forerunner. They did an electric diagnostic and turns out the window just needed to be placed back on the rail. Easy and reliable. My new pep boys location! The one closer to my home didn’t have an available tech for this kind of work

People are so rude. They told me it was going to take an hour to inspect my car. When I came back, they haven’t even started!

Horrible. Had an appointment and still waited an hour and half. When they got to my car they told me they didnt have the tool necessary to complete without possibly damaging my wheel. Complete waste of time. Should have told me when i got there

Rodger was a SUPER big help very professional, patient and easy to understand. He was real, logical and reasonable Got my Nissan Altima fixed up in a day an a half so I could get back on the road to work. Special super thanks to him and the mechanic

Impressive and quick service. Better than taking my car into the dealer! The dealer back ordered the part that my car needed for over a month.

4 tires with new sensors and four wheel alignment.
No appointment on a Saturday they took me in.
Everything seems to be perfect.

On two consecutive Saturdays, I brought in trucks for complete tire sets. Both appointments were for 10 AM and there is one person at the desk helping customers. The line is out the door. Each time it takes 10 full minutes for him to complete my check in. First Saturday 4 hours to do my Tundra. Second week, I waited for my truck. One person at 10am, same line, but by 12: 30 there were 3 people at the desk and no customers. I observed a lot of chatter and leaning on equipment out in the service bay. Pep boys really needs an on site manager early Saturday AM to guide employee performance. Very frustrating.

It gets worse… Monday evening I come out to my truck and it has 15 psi. (Should be 50) I call the shop 1/2 hour before closing and no answer. No way I’m buying extended warranties because they act like a company on the edge of bankruptcy.

It.

I called to get a tire replaced close to closing time, and was able to get sorted out within 20 minutes of arrival. I also happen to have a bad steering column, which other mechanics have failed to identify after charging a hefty diagnosis fee, but the guys at this PepBoys were kind enough to point out to me, free of charge. Overall a great experience with these guys.
