I had a great experience at this location. The guys at Pep boys took care of my Truck. They were careful and had me and out in a little over 1 hour. The main office needs to let them play their music again makes for a better experience for all.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and I told them that it’s my work van. This should of at least gave them a heads up that they will need to get authorization. With the holidays taking over, the van just sat in their lot for days and they didn’t do anything. I had originally scheduled the service to include tires and windshield wipers. They guy just said “ok”. Never did he write anything down. I verbally told him face to face too. When van was picked up, only service and tires were completed. These guys really need to pay more attention. I don’t know if I will return the company van to them again. Too much wasting my valuable time.

They performed the services I requested, in a professional and timely manner…I’ve been coming to Pep Boys for my automotive needs.

This was my first visit to this Pep Boys location. I was very pleased with the friendly reception, clear explanation of the services, and patience of the service writer.

I took my car for an oil change and had the appointment set online (which was very convenient). Beto received me to check in and helped me to search for a discount coupon online from my phone. Asst. Mgr. Christhian Gallegos worked on my car promptly and advised of the oil plug that might have been torqued too hard at last oil change (which was done elsewhere and I will not go back there for poir service). Overall, both Beto and Christhian were cordial and professional.

The service guy was nice, but he made a mistake by giving me a quote on a different tire from the night before. Come appointment day, I paid a higher price for a different tire.

I have been coming to pep boys for more than 7 years and I will never come back. They did not ask what kind of oil change I wanted and did a full synthetic. I would never have chosen a $100 oil change. Not to mention, they had my previous visits right in the computer. Also, they claimed on my receipt to have rotated my tires but I know they did not. I had a hole patched on my driver front tire earlier that morning at a tire shop and that tire was in the exact spot it was when I dropped it off. We called and complained and nothing was done or offered for a resolution.

I went in for an oil change and ended up adding an alignment and fuel injection service. I was done in 2 hours. They were great.

Oil change and tire rotate always take longer than expected. But, the price is right and this time was "only" 1 1/2 hours. Front desk staff has improved too.

The staff at this location were friendly, got our car on the lift on time (prior to our appt time in fact), kept us up to date, and got everything done quickly. Great job!
