A old Caucasian man in the front name Dani has terrible customer service, every time I go he is always grumpy and is slow at his job. He is always the one that i end up dealing with, He is no help and makes the process seem complicated… I finally decided to go the pep boys on white lane and the lady at the front was very HELPFUL. She did the process fast and accurate. She even had to change my last name to my correct last name because the pep boys on Planz had my last name wrote completely incorrectly even after I told the old white man my correct last name he didn’t bother to update it and said my contract wasn’t covered… my name was wrote wrong in the first place because of him. Ridiculous how some people cannot do their job correctly.

This place is solid as always. Same familiar faces everytime. Dont go in there spewing any BS though. You want the repair, you pay for it, and they will get it done. Fair prices, guaranteed work. Did a full break replacement for me after 3 months because they would not stop squeeking. I see them every 5k miles for oil.

I showed up last week in a tow truck with a blown out tire right as they were getting ready to close. Benino and his associate began replacing my damaged tire and I was outta there within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

My family has been doing business here for about 30 years. The mechanics here can be trusted for your car service needs as they are very knowledgeable. I've only gone to other places when I couldn't get in here and I sorely regretted not waiting to get fit in. They are quick, efficient and document well on everything needed. They don't try to up-sale you on things you don't need. Plus if you get a card through them it's typically 12 months no interest on bigger purchases. If you haven't done business with them before you should give them a try.

Brought in my gen2 Prius for an oil change, tire check, and brake check before a road trip. They fixed a leaky tire (expected), and found issues with the brakes (also expected) that required about $600 in repairs. Not complaining about that. But when they returned my car, they told me there were dashboard lights lit that should go off on their own after some driving, but to bring it back if they didn't. After hundreds of miles of road trip, they never did: ABS, VSC, and BRAKE. Also, the brakes felt funny, requiring more than usual pedal pressure, like the assisted braking was off. Checked online and found this was common when working on Prius brakes, and that a special diagnostic tool was needed to fix it, so I went back after the trip. They wanted to charge me $100 to diagnose, I complained, then they offered to do it for free, but they had already lost my trust, so I left. Checking more online, I found how to fix it with a paper clip, which worked, pedal pressure normal, and still clear after driving around town for half an hour. Also found that the "auto clear" they told me would happen is only for gen3 and higher Priuses, not my gen2, which requires manual clearing. Took off stars for the errors and lost trust.

Benino assisted me and was very thorough with the whole process. He helped me get the best deal possible within my price range, especially when it came to getting new tires for my car. Will continue to come by when needing future assistance.

Came in thinking it was a simple fix on a misfire and ended up being a complete engine swap. Javi took care of me and helped every way he could.

Pep Boys are the service did a great job on my grandson's car my grandson's car and the price was reasonable

These guys offer nothing but the best service I had a flat tire when I got off the freeway and Most of the tire place were about to close. It was about 630 and the tire places close at 7 so i called them and they said they wait for me I had to drive on a spare tire for 15 miles under 50mph but when I got there they got to work and replaced it.

So far my experience has been great at every location. I usually go to the one on white ln but one here I feel that that the workers are honand Javier mafe sure that even though I waited along time he reassured me that my car was in great hands. And for that I thank you. Highly recommend spot

I took my car to Pep boys on 4605 Planz Road on Saturday. April 9th. Now my check engine light keep coming off and on and my car has stopped on me twice. This has been going on since Sunday April 10th. So I called Pep Boys this morning and told them the problem. I got 2 tires. A tune up and an oil change. I was told by the service man that he don't think it's anything they did. So I told him. My car was not doing that before I bought it to them. So he told me they can look at it. I don't want you to look at it. I want you to fix the problem.

Was there a while back for a new starter, work was done in about the amount of time was quoted, price was very nice, definitely satisfied, and will definitely come back in future if need more work done

Came here for an oil change and had made my appt at 1. When I came in I was ignored for 10 min until finally someone came and told me the oil change would take about an hour and a half even though over the phone they said it would only be 45 min. Also over the phone I was told it would be $55 but when I got there suddenly it went to $85. Not just that but their attitude also stinks Never coming here again.

Horrible customer service. The changed my rims and didn’t provide me with a wheel lock key that I was told I had due to it being for my rims and when I confronted the issue all he had to say was there’s nothing they can do. None of the employees knew where to find the him in the beginning. The employee who “assisted” me had poor attitude. Was waiting for 5-10min due to know one running the front desk nor did they have answers.

I had my shocks/struts and tires replaces and the service I received was excellent. Job was done in a timely manner, I really appreciate that.
