Took almost three hours to change just to change 4 tires and there were no other vehicles. The two kids at the end didn't have any knowledge of how their own credit card programs worked. Their machines kept stalling/crashing so had to wait extra while they contacted their credit card company they do business with to make sure payments went through. But I mean the tires are on my car so at least there's that.

Called to book tire replacement. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, and then the person was so rude. I was asking about the prices for different brands and was made to feel like I was a nuisance. I went to American Tires, much better.

I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys in Granada Hills today. I purchased a battery for my Honda Odyssey from them back in October 2022, and 11 months later, my vehicle was indicating that the battery needed to be replaced.

I stopped by the store on September 11,2023, and explained that I had bought the battery at this location. The technician promptly had me take my car to the back for a battery test. Within 10 minutes, the test results confirmed that the battery was in poor shape.

They directed me back to the front to discuss my options. Since the battery was purchased from them, it came with a 36-month replacement warranty, and I was only responsible for the labor, which cost me $17.xx.

I must say that I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Juan and Carlo. They were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. They gave me a receipt for the labor cost, and I left the store with a brand new battery that still had the original warranty intact.

Overall, my experience at Pep Boys in Granada Hills was exceptional. The quick and hassle-free warranty replacement process, along with the friendly and competent staff, earned them a solid 5/5 stars in my book. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive maintenance or repairs.
