Horrible service guy at front desk, making claims and filing paperwork That was not true says I deny the service which I did not. It was never even mentioned. I was told my tires were rotated after an hour and a 1/2. To look at my car and find My tires were not rotated so I was lied to. My appointment was at 3 did not leave till 5 15 because of davaughn, poor front desk skills.

Good promp service! OK location the store itself needs some upgrades and organization too much space but seems like owner is not worry about appearances, area doesn't help much but the service was great

4 Wheels alignment cost me $120

I asked to talk to a manager and all of a sudden the guy behind the desk said he was the manager, my tires have warranty, for plugging a puncture, but they came back saying that it needed a new one tire cause they couldn't plug it, that t was on the white wall yet the picture shows its on the thread

The staffs are always friendly and welcoming even we are just asking for a quote. They are really willing to help. Appreciated it!

There’s No easier way to service your car. I scheduled my appointment online (which is available 24/7) so convenient and easy. Went in for a headlight replacement and less than 30min I was out to continue with my day. I’ve come to get my oil change as well on Sundays Really recommend it!

They are not trustworthy, prepare false report. I visited this place about a week ago to make full inspection on a used car before buying. After inspection completed, they put totally different mileage on the inspection report (wrong mileage is also reported to CARFAX), there was two dashboard lights on and I asked about one of the lights and the mechanic said it is because of low tire pressure but they reported all the current tire pressure was 35 psi, I asked about the battery state of health as it was not mentioned on the report and the mechanic go check and say it’s brand new but we can’t print as tester is not working, …. Etc a lot of issues.

Went in today for a car battery check that I had purchased from Pep Boys (I arrived at 2: 27pm) Was trying to check to see if it was still under warranty. Was advised by Davaughn that it would take a little while. My vehicle wouldn't start once I turned it off in the Pep Boys lot. After 1 hour I asked Davaughn could he removed the battery to check it? He stated it would need to be scanned and it may take 20 more minutes. By this time it was 4: 10pm I was frustrated to have to wait so long just to have a battery checked. Finally at 4: 30pm I was advised the battery was out of warranty and I needed a new battery. I felt for a battery check shouldn't have taken 2 hrs very poor service.

Overall good maintenance just didn’t have what I needed at the original time of appointment.

Quick and great service from Davaughn with helping me out for a vehicle inspection for Uber. Solid rate and got it done in about 30ish minutes easy, when the place is not busy

I have been meaning to post this since my visit back in the beginning of January. I brought in a Honda Civic that needed a set of tires. It had been raining a lot here in SoCal and the tires were near bald and one was alerting that the pressure was off. I was limited on time as I am from Orange County and did not have much time to take care of this. I spoke to a gentleman named Arli I believe, and he told me the car would be complete in 60-90 minutes. I was really hoping for the lesser of the 2 but I didn’t say anything as they seemed pretty busy. I was surprised to be there for a little over 60 minutes and that was check in, to the tires being changed and paying. The two gentlemen that helped me were polite, and thorough when I discussed what I wanted and needed.

I had recently purchased a set of tires from the location in Rialto and picked up a bolt in a tire sometime in the last couple days. I happened to be by the location on Holt and Garvey in Pomona and stopped in for a patch. They checked my warranty paperwork, and then got me in and out pretty quickly. Thanks!

I have a 17 year old car and things start to go wrong after awhile. I have ALWAYS taken my car to PepBoys for repairs. Bur not all Pep Boys are the same. I wont name the first location but i don't trust them. They overcharged my husband and I on a simple oil change. That's why I decided to try the Pomona location. DaVaughn and his crew fixed my car and when he said they couldn't recreate the problem, they didn't give up. It took them calling in another technician but they got the job done. I found my new Pep Boys location!

Excellent employees here that have a welcoming attitude, the oil change service that i required and went in for was provided with just as much courtesy as it was proffessionally. They were closing in less then 20 minutes, yet what other places turn into a drag with condescending reactions or responses, this location hands out expitided info documention that is accompanied by the formalities of dealing with new clients.
A pleasing experience, none of the usual BS.

After the incident was fixed. Davaughn the service manager took care of me, and they inspect my car with a free no charge alignment since I was still on the one-year alignment. He was so nice and respectful; he is a true pep boys' employee that take cares of his customers.
