PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID GOING THERE!
this place is a joke, they play with people’s lives as they don’t know what they’re doing. I had a full brake job front and rear done, pads and rooters. I was changed $1200. When I received the car and took it to work the next day, I was driving on suddenly no brakes, I almost got into a car accident and had to go over the side walk to avoid the car in front of me. I finally was able to stop due to going o. The side walk. I immediately notice a pile of oil on the ground with brake parts on the ground as well. I immediately notice the caliber is hanging off the wheel. I call Pep Boys and they won’t even offer me a tow service, I had to tow my truck on my own expense. They fixed the issue (they say) but I have no trust in them and they won’t refund my money back. I almost got into a car accident and they won’t even refund my money for almost causing me and someone else to get into a huge accident. No regards for human life. Please see pictures and video. Avoid this place at all cost.

The employees were extremely helpful, offered great advice, serviced my sooner than I expected, Adam gave me great options on tires and double checked any time I had a question. I’ll be coming back here for all my services! Great staff

AVOID. Maybe I can save someone some frustration, disappointment, not to mention your hard earned money.
I went in to Pep Boys for an oil change and tire rotation.
The day before my ac had stopped working. I asked them to take a look at it. This is on a 2018 vehicle.
I left it there all day starting at 9 am. Around 5 pm they got to working on it
They performed a leak test on the ac. Called me. Told me. Good news! There's no leaks!
I said great. Fill it up with Freon and I'll pick her up.
Come to find out. The Freon completely leaked out next day.
Not only did they refuse to fix their mistake.
They wanted to charge me more when I brought it back!
These guys are complete scammers!

The guys working on sunday, despite it being a scorcher were able to take my one appointment for my car and took care of all three of my cars. This included troubleshooting, repairs and general maintenance. I feel so much better now that all of my cars are fixed. Great work and great attitudes all around!

Ever since pep boys sold their parts store, they do not do the repairs on vehicles that they use to cause they can't get the parts. You are forced to go somewhere else for repairs. If manny moe and jack are in graves they might be turning over in them.

Memorial Day weekend. On my way home my tire sensor went off bring it down from 40 pounds to 24. Where I got my tires was closed so this was the only place that was open that could check my tire so to get by there and they patched a tire because it was a nail. It cost $22 and I was on my way home again within 20 minutes. Super appreciated

Joe was very polite, I was early for my appointment and he told me what my wait time was, he was short staffed but was very professional with everyone

Mechanics are thorough, they even straightened out my front bumper and polished my dull headlights. Friendly service. Highly recommend.

I brought my truck in thinking there was an oil leak. Turned out it was actually a transmission fluid leak. Pep boys diagnosed and fixed it right away with precious and no hassles.

Joe was absolutely amazing, so patient and understanding and went above and beyond when we were in a bad situation. Did everything he could. Appreciate you Joe!
