I'm sorry my new tire on my new car didn't make an appointment with me to schedule a slow leak. That's how it works, right?

People don't make appointments to fix a new tire. I'm not a psychic.

Needed one cheap tire. Got me in and out within an hour and under $100 bucks. Just what I needed.

Made an appointment got there 15 minute's before and they took my car in right away and were very friendly.

Everytime I come to this Pep Boys, I get great service. Charles is friendly, explains services provided and give sound advise. I only come here for my car needs.

Eugene is an outstanding employee. I would highly recommend coming to this location. They really go above and beyond to help you with all your services! Im coming back here just for the service he provides!

0 stars if I could. I came in a week and 5 days ago, my alignment was bad and my tires were all wore. For the first week it drove fine. Then about 4 days ago my car started to shake again which it did with the alignment. They did not fix my alignment. They kept saying that it was my roater. Which it was not. I payed 800+ on this damn pep boys for them to not fix my car. Refused to look at it when I came in and told me to come back later. Never come to this one.

I had an unfortunate experience - needed a tire which was impossible to find.until I called Pep-boys and talked to Eugene. He was amazing - everything was solved: he found the right tire for the fraction of the price my dealer charged, installed and checked the car for safety too.
I can’t thank Eugene enough for being professional kind and caring. I am coming back and sending my friends to Pep boys to work with Eugene.
