If I could give them zero stars, I would. They took almost 6 hours when I was told it would be a couple. They ordered the wrong part and said they couldn't get the part until Friday. I found the part they needed at the very auto parts chain they get their parts from. The manager had a very nonchalant attitude about the whole thing and didn't even apologize for their screw up, when I told them repeatedly I needed my vehicle for the weekend. I ended up having to take my vehicle to Midas to get the work done in a couple of hours.

Terrible online system. They could not find my appointment, which was confirmed through text and email. Edited the time right there for the next day, and it pops up right away. Had them put on 4 new tires a month prior, and I asked to keep my old tires as they weren't terribly worn down but I never received them and forgot on my way out. Not a big deal since I don't actually need them however, upon further inspection of the new tires, they also did not return my custom tire valve tops. They have no tops on them at all and I must buy new ones. Take your valve tops off your tires before service if you go here. The rims also have a very noticeable white residue all over them that was not on them prior. They should've wiped down the rims after installing the tires. My tires were installed though so I give them one star and another one for the front desk associate that day was trying to be helpful. 2 stars total.

I paid a little bit over$100.00 dollars for an alignment for my truck at pep-boys, I did it on a Monday, so on a Saturday just out of curiosity to see if they did a proper alignment I took it to Les Schwab tire, so they could check if it needed an alignment and sure did the alignment was not done properly. Very disappointed with pep-boys I think there technicians don’t have the proper training and do not know what they are doing. If you need an alignment do not take it to pep-boys and save your self time and a headache.

They did a good job on my car as they fixed the rattling noise underneath my car. It needed shocks! The problem was correct however; my car came back differently with another rattling noise due to bots missing. Certain parts in the engine were sliding that normally don’t. Lucky for me, I have a husband who knows a lot about cars.

I had scheduled an appointment for tire installation and alignment. I explained that I would be waiting, I live in next town over. I was given 1.5 to 2.5 hr timeframe. Long story short, I ended up leaving 5.5 hrs later and without a proper alignment being completed. The employees lacked customer service, communication skills, and common sense. I received not one apology from any of the employees including the Manager. I kept my cool and I wasn’t rude to anyone. In the future be honest with the customer. A simple “hey we are backed up, it may take awhile or it might be best if you get dropped off or come back at a later time. ” Also there was no restroom in sight. I have also attached pictures of their waiting area, no water, and a messy coffee area. I will not be returning to this establishment. I am saddened I handed over $700 to this company. Take my advice, go across the street and pay the extra for better service.

I got my oil changed by the staff at Pepboys. It was an easy process and even got a huge discount using one of their coupons. The wait time was also minimal.

Horrible customer service. Not sure if the 2 younger guys in the front were having a bad day. But both acted like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t even try to answer my questions, super rude, they even laughed when I told them what was wrong with my car. Went to good guys after, and I’m glad I did. They were professional.

Pep Boy works on your car and then you'll have a different issue after you leave be very careful with them.

Excellent service, saved me a good chunk of change when I got my air conditioner checked out for not blowing cold air. They had to replace the air compressor and it was going to cost like $1700, they did it for $1400. Now my AC is ready for the summer.

2 trips to Pep Boys on Shaw with deflected tires that bubbled. Charged 49.00 each. They lied about my tires being worn out. Tire tread are only 7, their new tire was an 8.women don't bring your car. They are rip offs.months old with a tread of 7

I took our family Chevy Traverse to repair the AC system. I paid $2K and they failed to check the rear zone wasn't working. I found out 2 weeks later by my kids saying is was blowing hot air. I took it back and the wanted to charge me $120 to diagnose the issue. Mind you their wok is warranted for 3 months.they found that I needed a rear Temp actuator. $250 for the part and $600 to install it plus the $120. I was upset, total abuse of customer. Dealer sells that part for $137. I pulled the car, guess I'm going to need to install it myself. They should have verified the rear zones were working as well! And they wouldn't budge on the labor fee.smh. Think I'll Contact the BAR about this one.
