Fantastic service! Super easy to schedule an appointment. Was able to drop off early (appt was at 5 dropped off at 12) car was done in about an hour from when I dropped off. Great customer service and super knowledgeable. Went in for an alignment after getting Brand new tires and my car drives better than ever. Would highly recommend this pepboys. I will definitely be back!

Came in last minute with a tire emergency and they fit me in 10 minutes before closing and installed 2 new tires for me! Stayed open late and everything. Great service I made an appointment, dropped my car, went to Costco w mom and as we were done I got notified of my car ready for pick up. Love how they remodeled the wait room and the register services. I'll definitely be coming back for car service. Thanks merced pepboys!

Stopped in with no appointment, they were friendly, asked if I had time to wait as there were vehicles in front of me but would get me in as soon as they could. Minimal wait, new tires at a very reasonable price.

I'm very grateful to Pep boys. My family and I were on a camping trip at a nearby lake when the brake pads on my van wore down to the metal and the brakes started grinding. I was able to get the van in on a Sunday and they were able to fix the problem within a couple hours. Hernan was very helpful. Overall a great experience.
