Don’t go here even in an emergency lol.dude they incorrectly mounted tires on my car causing me to get a flat tire on brand new tires they put on (incorrectly) after going there to repair a flat tie days earlier.flat happened on xmas eve and i had to pay insane pricing to get it fixed on a holiday and they are refusing to reimburse me for the damage they caused.gonna have to go through corporate or worse through some civil court just to get them to fix their own mistake.smh

Went there Sunday afternoon i had flat tire on 2022 Rang rover with 10k miles only on the car almost new tires that was my wifes car should go to the work on Monday ask them i have flat tire The guy who is in office he see the car and he said oh we don’t have this tire I said I didn’t ask for tired. I said I have flat tire and he said oh flat tire. He was trying to say no we don’t do it, but it was kind of discrimination and he walk next to my car and said without any clean check, said yeah this charge is no good man we don’t do flat tires we don’t patch it. Here and there we don’t do it here. I said why this is New tired I just wanna. Has to go work tomorrow, so basically they just trying to sell your new tire with expensive prices Be careful on this location

The customer service here is ALWAYS great. Anytime I have issues I make sure to bring them up so they can take a look at. Whether they can or can’t fix them they always make sure to help me as much as possible. Josh, is awesome! He makes sure to go above and beyond with everyone that walks in. I’ve recommended a couple people and I’m glad to hear my friend went once and ended up going back to buy 8 tires.

I made an appointment online and they took care of my vehicle in an hour and 15 minutes. They did an oil change and put two new tires on the front. Amaxing fast service. I recommend this place.

They were very unfriendly and added an unnecessary labor warranty to the total repair order, I was not sold this item.

The Tujunga, CA store was prompt, courteous and professional on changing all four tires.couldn't ask for more. My vehicle was ready before the estimated time which was a definite plus.

Great experience they tell you what's wrong and what needs to be fixed and give you some options and deals.

When you come to this location don't forget to marl your tiers they always "seem" to forger to do the tire rotation and keep an eye on them because the multi point inspection is not alway done ore done correctly.

Shop was on point all the way. Focused mechanic (I watched), did a quick and efficient job.

Took my car in for tire rotation didn't rotate my tires left the worn tires on the front rear tires still like new. I know they are in the business of selling tires but I had an accident on freeway because they didn't rotate tires I would have been able to stop in time. Dont go here if you value your life they put profits first your safety 2nd - 5 stars

I came in on Sunday with a brake noise, I spoke with Amelia V. She was really nice ans helpful, have the best experience with her. I'm really happy with her customer service, she's great. Highly recommend.great job to the team

This Pep Boys has been our go to place to service all 4 of our vehicles past 15 years. Manager Beto and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. If they observe something that needs attention, they will let you know and give you an honest cost for the repair/replacement.

I scheduled l my appointment at 8: 30am. I arrived at 8: 15am. They took my car and I was out in under 30 min. Super fast service.

I went to my dealer for the same service at it took about 2 and a half hours for an oil change.

Josh and Amelia are super friendly and helpful! They welcomed me with smiles and helped me out with my new brakes in a timely manner! I would recommend coming here to get treated right and for car service needs! 10/10

This shop is not worth it. Don't bother making an appointment, they don't mean anything. The manager is watching YouTube. If you went there before they probably can't find your account. And a flat tire turns into a recommendation to replace my year-old tires. To top it off, the person after me was bringing their car back because they messed up.

Terrible service. I bought tires on Amazon and they listed Pep Boys as a recommended installer. I selected an appointment and arrived on time at 9 am and they got me in and told me that it would be ready at 10: 30. Very reasonable. It was not ready until noon. I recognize this sometimes happens, but 3 hours for 4 tires to be installed when I had an appointment is still slow. Even worse, when I got home I found that one of the tire stems was leaking air badly. I returned to the store right away to have them fix it. They told me it would be a few minutes.as soon as the mechanic can finish an alignment in progress. No big deal. I will wait my turn. After about 30 minutes another customer comes in and the mechanic helps him right away. I asked the service writer why the mechanic is helping the new walk in customer when I have been waiting on a fix and he gives an excuse about the customer coming in from earlier-I told him I was also a customer from earlier and had to come back to get work fixed too. He then doubled down and became extra rude and condescending. At that point, I walked away because there was no point in arguing with him. But this is warning to anyone else that is looking to have work done here. Go elsewhere.

I went to this Pep Boys for an alignment on my car. They performed the alignment. However, when I drove it off their lot I noticed a rubbing sound coming from the right rear wheel well. That rubbing sound was not present prior to the alignment. I was told to come back another day since it was late already and that they would take a look, so I brought it back 2 days later. I explained the situation to an employee, but he would not acknowledge that the rubbing was related to the alignment done. Essentially he said that their Pep Boys would not perform any remediation, and he recommended I go back to the previous tire shop I went to before who mounted my stock tires on my aftermarket wheels. (Pep Boys would not mount my used tires from the factory with only 8k miles on them on a reputable aftermarket wheel manufacturer “Rotiform”. Go somewhere else. I don’t need to deal with any more dismissiveness in my life.

Edit: Regarding the alignment they performed, the steering wheel was slightly to the right when driving straight. I went back and asked for them to fix the alignment. The second time the steering wheel is now slightly left when driving straight. They don’t know how to perform alignments. Go somewhere else.
