Have what you need but not as friendly and helpful as I remember I guess everyone has changed through this co-vid mess

Been going to the boys for years. They've been doing a great job maintaing all my cars & trucks. And their parts availability is very reliable. They truly stand behind their guarantees.

Pep Boy's always has what you're looking for. If you need it installed their service dept is excellent. Glad to have them in my neighborhood.

Never again. On my first appointment to change my tires they didn't have my tires. Made the appointment a week ahead. They could have called. Went out there for nothing. Made a second appointment for 3pm today. Waited an hour and they haven't even touched my car. Asked for my keys back and left. No sorrys and no trying to make it right. Shame on you guys.

Terrible Customer Service!
I called before hand and they told me it take 1-2 hours to check my car, so I decided to come.
When I came here the guy said I DON'T CARE what we told you on the phone, and they would need 3-4 hours. I had to remind the guy to be polite and watch his tone. Did not leave me car w such a rude person

Brian, the service manager, although he was quite busy was able to provide me an estimate for struts and tires for my vehicle.

It was raining. My wipers were in bad shape. I bought replacement wipers and Pep Boys installed them. No Charge!

Me and my husband dropped off our car off Saturday morning, we did not receive any phone calls regarding the car by 5 o’clock. My husband calls around 5 and they told him it would be done in an hour or two. We wait till 7 to drive over to pep boys. My husband goes into the store speaks with the manager (meanwhile we seen his car still up on the lift) and asks about his car. The manager says the car is not ready. My husband asked when will the car be ready? The manager then shrugs his shoulders at him and answers with “I don’t know”. My husband asked him “if this is how he responds to a customer asking a question? ” The manager then looks at him and says again “I don’t know when your car will be ready”. My husband very angry about the poor customer service provided to us by the manager, repeats himself “when will my car be ready? ” The manager tells him “come pick it up at 8. ” They close at 8. My husband asks for his supervisors number and name. The manager hands my husband paper with a number and name. He gets back to the car and dials the number it is the number to the pep boys. He is furious at this point. We leave and 15 minutes after we left someone from pep boys calls us to inform us our car was ready. We got all the way home and already had our 2 year old in the bath. So now my husband Ubers back to pep boys to pick up his car, just to find out the car seemed to not have been fixed. And let me tell you why we went there in the first place because the brakes they had put on back in September had already worn metal to metal with the roaders because one of their employees did not tighten the bolt down correctly the first time we took it. Not only was our customer service experience awful but also was there ability to do there job. I would highly suggest not using this facility

This is the worst serviced business i have ever tried to go to.i called and was on the phone for 10 mins just for the guy to say oh i dont know what we can service and i dont have anyone in the store that can help.this is horrible service they tried to just ignore their phones till the 4th attempt.

Had an brake fluid exchange and tire rotation along with other checks on the car. Staff does an excellent job and would highly recommend other people taking their cars there for competent work that is fairly priced.

Really great customer service! Michael & Justin helped me with a few replacement parts on my 07 Mustang. They where very knowledgeable and friendly. Especially when one of the parts had a manufacture defect. I highly recommend them for advice. They deserve a raise that’s for sure! 10/10

Horrible experience, brought fleet vehicle in for new tire and service. 6hrs later after not receiving any calls, I called in myself and was told it was ready. Came to pick up only to find service had been completed, No new tire though. "Tire rotation" meant moving spare from rear to front axle and my flat tire was still sitting in truck bed. Totally ignoring the work order instructions. I am now waiting for a mechanic to finish another vehicle before continuing with my repairs. 7hrs and counting.

The staff is always very helpful and the prices are excellent. Really good deals on car detailing products as well.

The guys were awesome! Hooked my wife up with a small repair and fit her in on a busy Saturday. Really nice and over the top cool.

Got a great buy on a Bosch battery. But the installer left the insulation blanket off so I had to go back. Then they left the positive cable loose and it had to be tightened. Not pleased.

Parts staff member Robert always helps you find the right part and will ask if you need certain things to go along with the part your buying. He reminded me that I need brake fluid when I bought my master cylinder. He has been there for a very long time. He is one of the reasons i always go to this pep boys on Plaza Dr.

Vacationing in Carlsbad with my granddaughters, woke this morning to a flat tire on my new car!
I changed my own tire (Go. Grama!) and found Pep boys not too far away.
The person in charge at the Tire counter was flustered speaking to the customers ahead of me un line. After he told them he needed to reschedule, I requested a tire repair. I was told Not until after 4pm. I ealked across the street.
Discount Tire fixed my flat in less than an hour with no charge!
So long Pep Boys!

Got some new tires for my truck here. Great deal on tires, service was good, took a few hours for the install. Very happy with the overall service. Thanks fellas

I had a service issue, and Rico was very knowledgeable, and was able to help me quickly and with efficiency. I rarely see that anymore. He is very professional and personable.

Well kept. Greg and Mike were able to direct me to what I needed quickly and went above and beyond to offer as much pertinent information. That's what customer service is all about!
