Store manager was super helpful although I had to take my car to the dealership staff was extremely helpful. Even walked me to my car at night.

Look at the response to helen Perez obviously just a stock answer and they don't read reviews at all.see I was right.they dont read bad sign.wont be going there for service.

We went in at 9am they said it wouldn't be done until noon. To our surprise done by 10: 30am. Thank you so much.

Came in to get some tires. They told me they finishing an oil change then I'm next. All they are doing is standing around BS trying to hide. 30 mins just talking and laughing. Their are 3 to 4 guys just laughing. The sad part about this is that the person in charge is also their with them and not saying anything.

I bought 4 tires from this company and also bought the warranty. I had a flat tire, I went there to fix the problem. They told me that the tire can;t be repair because it had a nail 2 inches close to the border of the tire. They told me that the patch was big and it can't fit to fix the tire. They offer me another brand of tire because they didn't have my model of my tire. I went to a professional business to fix the tire, they fixed my tire with a patch with no problems in about 20 minutes. From now on I'm going to buy my tires from another place, the warranty on Pep Boys is not good.

Very disappointed. We purchased two dashboard covers. Special order items. We paid for them in full. Unfortunately one cover did not fit. Too big and it covered the a/c vents. We tried to return it and saud no because it was special order. He could reorder the same WRONG part again. That all they could do. It's not our fault he said. I'll let my bank know and reverse the purchase.

Long wait and a bit on the expensive side for tires, but they are open weekends which was a plus.

The Assistant Manager, Jose, was very helpful to me when I needed assistance with my new car. I come here for all my auto needs and highly recommend this Pep Boys location.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I had a complete flat while driving with my daughter. U pulled in while they still had more than half a hour before closing and they refused to fix my tire. I had put air and pray I made it to my destination. I will never come here again. I had better service at walmart.

Bought a set of 4 tires cooper 65k miles total was 512 with the buy 4 get one free. Thomas at the counter was awesome and he got me in on a Sunday night at 430. They had it done in 40 minutes. Excellent service and associates.

Didn’t have what I needed. Carried it but was out of stock. It happens. Came in early morning and was immediately ask if I needed help then he walk me to the section it was supposed to be in. Great customer service. Plenty of parking and they have a bunch of service bays.

Yes I been to pep boys and I will send money on my new tires because the prices were cheap than some of the other guys and I both them here.

The service was great! Good guys working in there, I walked in to pick up my truck and the other service people were busy with other customers so the district manager and service manager came out of their office to help me when they saw me standing there which was only a minute after the other service guys said they would be with me after their current customer

Shout out to the outstanding team at this Pep Boys location! Absolutely amazing human beings! We were stranded with my best friend - had a flat tire (very specific one on a Mini) and it was less than an hour before they were closing on the night of Dec 30th. A few other shops refused to take us in and help because it was an hour before their closing time. They took us in, the manager Joe was leaving when they called him and he came back and did everything possible to help us. He didn’t have what we needed in stock and after trying for almost an hour he was leaving again when he remembered he might have it in one of the showcases or something so he did find and and they were able to replace the tire so the car was temporarily drivable. He treated us like family! The whole team stayed overtime to help us! It is so amazing to meet and interact with caring people like that! Thank you Joe, Nathan, Jessica and everyone else that I might not know the name of who helped us. Keep up the amazing work and attitude!

So I came here to get my brakes checked and at first everything seemed to be okay. Last minute because I didn't go through with actually spending more money than I needed to, the cashier, her name was Brianna, sorry if I'm spelling it wrong. Developed quite the attitude. Watch out for that. Made me feel terrible for not spending any money. Even slammed down a pen when it came down to signing something off. Didn't think that was what peoboys stood for. To the gentleman who helped me out with my brake inspection. I appreciate it.

Well for me going back over there, to have them put the right wipers on my Dully, I am handicap, and I just got out of the hospital, in was hard for me get in and out my dully, so I had to pay for them again, not very happy about that.

Well informed employees that are helpful and friendly, bought new windshield wipers and they put them on for free

The service was great. The only thing was Initially I had to wait a long long time for the service write up of my car.

The young man helping me came across as unknowledgeable sarcastic and lazy and I told the manager so.

They had my car for over 4 hours just to change the break pads. When I finally picked it up they had broken off two lug nuts and studs from the front tires so I had to take my car back a second time to get that fixed. After all this I sent in a form to get a prepaid visa card and never got anything in the mail.
