The pool was so disgusting and green and the people are rude and just not worth living there.

An older apartment complex, but great manager & maintenance man. Elvira made everything easy and smooth as we moved in, and then out after 3+ years.
The swimming pool was a great bonus.
If we would’ve stayed in Madera, we would never have moved.
Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Anytime maintenance was required, Trinidad, the maintenance man was very prompt and professional. As well as knowledgeable as to his job.
