I sent my original German 356 B wheels to have them refurbished at Sierra Madre Collection in California. Sierra Madre sends them to a 3rd party Perfect Custom wheels in Gardenia. This company took my wheels apart without my permission and put generic parts on them like from Brazil. I only wanted them repainted without messing with the integrity of the wheel. The welding they did is poor quality compared to originals. I can’t even put these wheels on my car anymore. I did not want them chromed where the process requires taking them apart. I would not send any wheels for refurbishment to these people unless you are gonna stand there and watch them do the process. Luckily I kept one of the original wheels with me since I had 5. I was able to compare what they sent me with what I sent them. I am so angry. Sierra Madre Collection apologized to me and tried to reach out to these people to see why they put Brazilian parts on my wheels. Sierra Madre offered to buy the wheels from me but they are irreplaceable
