I was 5 minutes late and tried to dispute and reduce the charges, but no one even bothered to answer you. Don't park here. Awful business!

Sad I didn’t read other reviews before parking here. Agree with other reviewers - completely predatory. We were one minute late and got ticket for $63
Awful place. Avoid at all cost
If they try to charge you a $63 dollar parking violation don't pay it. They can't legally do anything to you other than tow your car if you park at another Perfect Parking location. If you research the company online, a lot of other people have noted that it tries to do this to people all the time.
This lot is a scam. They have someone who circles and just puts $63 tickets on all the cars. It's from a private company and not LADOT, so you have no obligation to pay the fee. However, I would just avoid this lot altogether.

other cars ticketed were also parked rear in.mind you that there is a postage saying parking is for "DUBBROS" but my citation is not based on parking at a reserved stall.it is for "improperly parked"
