What a gem this place is. My friend and I have made this our favorite spot for when we crave a sandwich after a long walk sound Bressi Ranch area. Always a lovely experience and bomb sandwiches.

How can this place get such good ratings? There's 2 slices of tomatoes for an Entire sub, hardly any flavor, a bare scattering of lettuce, cheese limited and tasted like Velveeta, not real cheese. Bread ok but not great. Subway would probably have been better. Such a disappointment. Omg, why can't there be a Jimmy John's in this area? Perfect subs would better be called Imperfection of Overpriced Subpar Subs

Sheesh! The best subs this side of the Mississippi! They who seek the glory of a sandwich elsewhere shall be ashamed, for they forfeit the divine blessing that is perfect subs.

Disgusting. I found unidentifiable dark chewy things in my veggie sub. It was not at all what was pictured and when I called for a refund staff told me that they didn't know how to do that.

Everything was so fresh and delicious! Great service, they were slammed and still moved the line and didn't mess up any orders. Impressive!

Josh and the crew do an amazing job during lunch time. The food is good, the peppers are efficient, and they always take care of me.

The name says it all! They really do have perfect subs. The staff is extremely friendly every time I come in for a sandwich. The peppered California sandwich is one of my personal favorites, but I hope to find a new favorite soon. I plan to try every sandwich on the menu, i look forward to coming back.

The sandwiches from here are always great. I come here with my co-workers when we have the time.

Ordered 2 veggie subs online- $13 & $15 sandwiches, that specifically state that they INCLUDE avocado. When putting in your order online, there's no way to "check off" that you want avocado on it, without incurring an upcharge (but, it's INCLUDED, right?) Apparently, because we also wanted peppers and spinach and some other veggies added to the basic recipe, they automatically assume we *don't want the avocado*, and we would have had to SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR IT in the comments box, even though it clearly lists it as "included".
When someone adds peppers/ spinach to a BLT, do they have to SPECIFICALLY request the bacon in the comments box, too? Wouldn't it make **so much more sense** for me to have to SPECIFICALLY ask for it to be left OFF in the comments box if we didn't want it, since it lists it as INCLUDED (and there's no way to check it off without paying more $$ online) ? Make it make sense!
$30 in dry, sub-par subs.

Good sandwiches. Good staff. Never once had a problem in the eight years. First time I do. You wont hear me complain. I go there almost once a week.

Shout out to the group of young adults working this evening! They were all welcoming and professional, so much so they prompted me to finally write a review. Taking the time to write it in the parking lot before enjoying my food because they were that great! Friendly staff and subs. Will recommend to friends.

Great sub shop. The breads are absolutely delicious. Great meat choices both hot and cold subs. I have eaten here for lunch many times. I am gluten free and they even have gluten free bread which was outstanding.

We had some sandwiches made for our family last week and without fail the sandwiches are the best around. The freshly made bread really makes the sandwich. The variety of fresh toppings and what is offered for each sandwich really can't compare to anything else around. The sandwiches are large (and for those REALLY hungry) will enjoy their 12" sandwich. If you are by yourself or aren't that hungry and want some for later the 9" does the trick

The staff is friendly and we enjoy supporting local businesses. If you need a REALLY good sandwich then Perfect Subs is the place to go and well worth the drive.

The peppered california is amazing, get it on the brown honey oat bread/toasted, which is always nice and fresh. Always greeted with a smile. Thanks for making great sandwhiches!

The sandwich wasn't half bad, if you don't mind paying $25 for a single person combo. Also watch closely how the make the sandwiches and you'll notice they put the toppings that fell onto the countertop back on the sandwich, I guess they don't know about cross contamination

I can't say enough good things about this sub place. The staff and the owner are tops in my book. The sandwiches are fantastic and I crave them from time to time. I have never been disappointed with their product and only wish that I lived closer to have them more often. Their location is close to my office and I find myself there weekly. Thank you for everything and please keep up the good work. I would recommend this sub shop to anyone without reservation.

Really wanted this place to be good but expensive for what you get and not very good. Guess the California isn’t the sub to get.

Great sandwiches with fresh bread n food. Help is great n the owner Josh is a great guy who understands the the ins n put of running a small business.

Generous in sandwich contents but not quite perfect. Relatively quick, but the parking is hit and miss and online ordering hasn't been seemless.
