Brought my new diesel 1500chevy in to them for a diesel tank flush. Ernie was very accommodating had me bring it in same day!
Kept in contact throughout the process. Ended up dropping the tank and flushed out installed back in and went through all the sensors to make sure everything was working. The fuel sensor came on and they not only replaced the filter but sensor also!

Decided to give this place a try because of good reviews. Was very disappointed to find rude and unprofessional service manager Ed. I came in to do the alignment because there was wear in one of the tires, give me a printout which showed alignment was pretty much good before I came in, they slightly adjusted steering wheel agle (which wasn't even noticeable before) And obviously charged me for the alignment. Ed tried to tell me that slight steering wheel off centered could off caused tire wearing out on one side when I tried to have a conversation with him it was going nowhere, Ed just give me attitude back. Don't know why they keep him as a service manager there, I Will not be going back!

They were very genuine with taking care of my car. They send detailed feedback on the issue and take their time to explain what options are available to fix my car. Very welcoming, polite and skilled. Price wise, their quote was pretty decent not cheap but i had cylinder head gasket issue which they fixed for lower price than most places around here. I definitely recommend!

Performance specialties was an experience. They fixed what I was concerned about promptly.
Unfortunately after this, my first visit there, my experiences there grew more expensive than any other places I checked. I was quoted $288 to change my spark plugs! (Even though I already purchased them). Needless to say I did not have them do that. Also they replaced my master cylinder on 3/31/2023 and I had to go to a reputable mechanic because I was having the same issue as when I brought it to them, only to find that I needed a new master cylinder on 9/2/2023! Either they didn't know what they were doing or put a defective one in my vehicle! Terrible place after all!

Had a brake leak could not find/pinpoint, Performance, found the leak and damage done because of leak. They trouble shot fixed repaired pretty quick. I'm happy with the service and repair.

They are honest. And they are very knowledgeable. On all makes and models of automobiles. Their technicians take the time to explain to you what your problem was what they did to repair the problem and what you should do to try not to repeat the same thing again.

4 wheel alignment and inspection done. Good use of their app to show data that was gathered. I’d come back in the future

Called in the morning for ann anlignment and they had an opening same day. Dropped it off and went to lunch. Came back about an hour and a half later and the work was done. No extra charges. Did a courtesy inspection and let me know some other items to think about. Highly recommend.

Had a wheel alignment done. They were ready for me at my appointment time. Very efficient and friendly service. Would recommend and will return with my other vehicle in the future.

I had radiator flushed, tires rotated and power steering flushed. The cars service display said the radiator was low on fluid after 2 days. I called and they said come on in so took car back and it was determined there was an air pocket and radiator fluid was added. Very professional and handled immediately while I waited.
