Building itself is incredible, management and everyone employed here is terrible. The leasing team owns units which is a huge conflict of interest, and they then write fake reviews here. They are some of the most unprofessional licensed real estate agents I have encountered.

Please be very cautious if you own animals. A resident was hospitalized and put our CEO on the guest list in writing before going to the emergency room. Our team was told they could not enter because it wasn’t in the computer. In spite of showing texts from our client, having a business page with my face and information and a passport, they still were hesitant to let me care for the persons animals. Even though I had a key. It took me over 3 hours to gain access because the client was hospitalized and unable to tell them again it’s ok. They also repeatedly asked for information that violated hippa medical privacy. The animals were already without food and water for over 24 hours. I was told to leave, when telling them the animas would die they said they call their own people. I would inquire about who would be called to ensure animals safety it’s not the shelter. We finally gained access but only two of my team was able to manage the animals our third team member wasn’t allowed to assist carrying 3 animals and supplies down on our one allowed trip. If there weren’t lives involved, I would have left as most companies wouldn’t have worked for 3 hours to help a client.

They don’t respond.

I’m not sure what the problem with this building.but their honest communication is awful!

You can call and leave messages, with zero communication.my broker been trying to communicate with them also for over a week.

Nothing.

They respond to some of the 1 Star reviews, with the same answers.

This building has such beautiful views and has great amenities. For me one of the most important things is great service and they have plenty of great people on their staff. Was such a pleasant experience!

This buildings trash removal service sounds like two bombs going off every morning between 5: 30-6: 30 am. It wakes up residents in the neighborhood daily. AVOID!

I’m so happy to be living in a historic area of LA. With all the amenities and beautiful decor all around what’s not to love.

I’ve lived here for half year and everything is good so far for the definitely gorgeous city view.

The front desk here is educated and respectful, not rude or ignorant like other downtown buildings. This is particularly important for me as good vibes. I feel comfortable and enjoyable living here with great service attitude and experience. The gym is well equipped also the residents here are polite and friendly.

Moreover, as dog owner, l do like the real lawn for dog or human to rest or play at common area; The dog park is divided into two area (large breed/small breed). Besides, I can bathe my dog at any time during the day in the pet spa room, which has hot water, hot AC and dryer, dog toys are also provided in the room. In general, living here is perfectly, peaceful and convenient for me.

This residence is stunning and although the area is a bit sketchy this building is nothing short of secure and peaceful.
