On July 2nd my check engine light came on. Knowing I was moving August 3rd needed to find someone to look at my truck. Called around and this place had an opening July 11th. Great make the appointment. I show up the evening of the 10th to drop the truck off and the place is chaos. That should have been my first clue to leave. I wait around and finally get someone to acknowledge me. Start talking to me then I get handed off to another person to get checked in. Give my info and hand over truck keys. The guy tells me I should hear something in a day or 2. My appointment was Tuesday. Didn't hear anything Wednesday, Thursday. Weird so Friday I call and get the oh. Well great what now? Well the guy that checked me in thought the other guy had it and vice versa. No one has looked at my truck. I stressed when I dropped it off the time crunch I was in and now you cost me 4 days. So frustrating. I knew with how unorganized and chaotic it was there that something like this would happen. The next week finally get some clue and was told what was wrong. Parts were ordered and finally my truck was fixed. They weren't clear on the charges nor did anyone go over anything with me. I paid a he'll of a lot more than what I was expecting. I got my truck in time to load up and move but not with out being stressed. There is other things that need to be fixed and had they not cost me the 4 days in the beginning I could have got that fixed also. Look around at other places. There was also personal property taken from my truck when it was there. When I brought it up, same thing we don't know about it. I know what was in my truck when I dropped it off. This place is full of crooks and thieves. I am glad that was the only time I will be doing business there. There is more I have to say but hopefully this will save someone from going through what I did. And also to note they did not apologize for the mix up that cost me 4 days and added stress. That sure would have been the right thing to do. This place can't be trusted. Go elsewhere for better customer service.

Terrible customer service, I called for a recall in my vehicle and they told me the could not schedule a repair unless the service light on the dashboard is on.
It’s a recall your supposed to fix it by law.
And they were rude.

Leased a brand new Jeep Wrangler 4XE from here, everything went well except them giving us a jeep with a cracked hard top, we noticed and notified our sales representative the next day and now for weeks they keep giving us a run around of having to wait to see what Chrysler says when they could just as easy switch out our hard top in the mean time and figure out the rest for themselves. Now when I turn it in if they don’t fix this issue I’ll be paying for wear and tear that it was given to us with. Will update if they ever help.

Awful service department. The reviews were spot on. Stay away. Not the first time they have been unacceptable. My wife had her grand Cherokee dropped off by the tow company on Monday and it’s Friday afternoon and nothing has been done. We had to call them and wait on hold for half an hour for an update to tell us they are going to get to it next week. Steer clear. You have been warned.

Stay away from this place. Took my mother's jeep for oil change and engine diagnostic. They kept the car from Monday through Friday, and we didn'ti was going to take this long. So many days, when we tried to call to find out why so long, the advisor we had didn't answer our calls, and we went to get the car. They charge my parents for oil change service and guest what? They DIDN'T do it at all. Documents said they checked tires and put air among other services, but when we turned on the car, the light for tires was on. My father went to get his money back, and proved to them that oil was not changed and got his money back after a long argument with them. Apparently, this is not the first time the advisor we got has these issues. I'm sure there might be good workers, but so far, the few people involved in our service failed horrible. A few days ago I went to this dealer to buy a car and in my history of buying cars I have never felt that they wanted to tease me like they tried to do I don't know where the nobility is to go to one of these places and that they want to tease me because of your ignorance about cars and prices I will never return to this place again I prefer to drive far than give them that satisfaction

The worst experience of my life.
They have the most horrible service I have ever experienced in any customer service.
I bought a RAM 1500 truck, it came out badly from the agency, it is in the lemon law process.
I bought a 2022 challenger, after 3 months it was already in the workshop.
It's been 1 week and no one answers my phone, they don't tell me what it has or how long it will take to be repaired, I have been calling all week and they hang up the phone.

It is the worst treatment I have received from the agency.
The super despotic workers and not to mention the super dishonest seller who, wanting to sell, tells you lies.

I hope and this comment serves as an experience for someone and DO NOT BUY A CAR IN THIS AGENCY!

My wife purchased a “certified pre-owned” Jeep for here and has had nothing but problems from day 1. Could never make a same day appointment to get these issues looked at, always had to leave it. They will not give you a loaner no matter what. Her Jeep sat there for 6 weeks and they forgot they had it, nothing was fixed. They make excuses to get you past warranty so they don’t have to repair anything. Now UCONNECT has her locked out of the infotainment center with a code after replacing the battery, that was set by the previous owner on an aftermarket radio (still certified). Still refuse to return calls and voicemails after weeks of trying. Another dealership said we have to replace the system for $800 if we ever want to use the dash system again. Absolutely ridiculous. The managers and even the GM won’t respond. Going to corporate now. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. CHECK THEIR BBB RATING.

I took my deceased grandfather's jeep in for a recall several months ago. The recall was the only thing that required attention. The jeep had not been driven until the last few months and I noticed the airbag light keeps coming on. I called the service department and spoke with the manager and told him what occured. He said it would cost $195 just for a diagnostic. Even though it wasn't a thing before they touched it, they won't even look at it without charging. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Went in for a headlight. Took them 15 minutes to install charged me 200 for labor. Lost me as a customer forever. When did customer service become this

Horrible service! Please stay away for your own peace of mind. I brought my wrangler in for certification, it had the check engine light and they could not figure out how to get it to clear for certification. I dropped off my car in the morning, they kept it overnight without telling me and the problem was still not resolved. I had to bring it back a different day to have them pick up where they left off and again, they kept my car overnight without notice. This happened yesterday, and I ma trying to get a hold of someone, I even left a message to the service department manager and still not response. I am done with them! It should not be this complicated.worst service ever and they still have my car

Today i called three times to the parts counter twice on hold for ten minutes and the third time they hung up on me.then i called back to let the service manager know what was happening and he didn't answer.some think happen similar a year ago when i tried to get a part.as i was typing this i decided to give them the bennet of doubt to no avail. PEACE OUT PERRY.
