Good prices and very good customer service! Scott explained what was wrong with my old laptop simply so I could understand without being condescending. I don't know anything about computers but I felt comfortable trusting my old laptop to these guys!

These guys couldn't have been better when my hard drive crashed on my old Dell laptop a couple of years ago. They've fixed several minor issues since on the same computer. I can't recommend them highly enough. They're knowledgeable, easy to talk to, quick, and great support.

My computer was no longer working with a weird little message popping up on the screen I could not get around. Went to PCSS and was treated with the utmost courtesy, given an explanation of what could be wrong and what it would cost to fix it. They called me (love phone calls) to let me know what they would be changing out (the battery) and expected day I could pick it up. They were true to their word and I picked it up a day early! Love this place.

I love my HP laptop, and the computer works fine, however, over time, the tiny charging pin inside the computer became defective and it was impossible to charge.
I took it to Scott, at Personal Computer, and he was able to order a new pin and make the necessary repair. I am extremely impressed with the personal customer service, the repair done in the time promised, and price paid for a job well done.

The work was performed quickly and Scott kept me updated via text during the entire process. Both machines were completed same-day and they're both running beautifully! They quickly diagnosed the issue, informed me of what needed to be fixed and the cost in a clear, upfront, and friendly manner.
