If your looking for an all inclusive property management company to support your community, PPM should be on your short list. My personal experience with PPM started a few years ago as a resident and now has a member of an HOA board. PPMs structure as an HOA management company starts with a dedicated lead for our HOA with a full support staff to assist us in our daily needs, monthly executive and open meetings, maintenance, year end reports and emergency issues. PPMs has established a support base of contractors, which can assist in small handyman projects and large rebuilds of lakes, common areas, pools etc. No business can survive without exceptional communication, my experience here with PPM from the receptionist to our community manager and support staff has been what we would all expect as a customer of any professional company. I highly recommend PPM and believe our current and past board members would concur.
