The phone number goes to a voicemail and there is no option to get transferred to a person.

Appointment is highly recommended. It is small. You may have one or two working thd machines. Their were walk-ins. More came and were turned away to come another day.
I gad an appointment so it was easy.

The phone number goes straight to voicemail and is not manned. The website is an incorrect link so I can't even book an appointment online. The only way to receive service is to go in person. All of the signs they have up have inaccurate information. I've tried every link and every phone number. This is unacceptable.
