Pet Doctors of Industry Animal Hospital, La Puente CA

I have been bringing my dog babies here for years. They are very compassionate vets and their staff also. I have had to euthanize some of my dogs, and they do it with great compassion and care.

We take our 3 cats here and all of their staff is always super friendly. They respond quickly to text messages. Joey helped us out today 7/26/23 with our Leo and he was awesome! The only thing that bothers me is that they charge $25 to cut the cats nails and they don’t offer services on Saturday. I’ll still give them 5 stars and I will continue to take my pets to their clinic.

They make it impossible to set up an appointment, just by text messages and required deposit to be able to get an appointment. I've never heard of such an unprofessional manner of handling customers. Speaks to their professionalism in general.

It’s my first visit, they are friendly, the price is reasonable, they even gave me a few pages of information about my cat’s problem. I hope she gets well from her stomatitis soon. God bless.

Many years ago I took dogs gose to pet doctors office and old workers were nurses good people but I don't know who new workers in pet doctor office on 2022/2023 and the cats and dogs need what kind of medicine and things are so expensive today.

The staff was very helpful and really nice! My puppy got spayed & microchiped so she's still recovering, but she'll be up and feeling like herself soon Thank you

Great staff that explained everything well. They really care about everyone's pets as if they were their own.

They never answer there phone Just over all they don't seem like they wanna be bothered.

First time using their services. I had to take in a stray cat that I took in about 2 months ago. Prices are very reasonable here compared to other places around. I was very happy with the surgery to get my kitty cat spayed. By the next day she was back to herself. Dolores and I believe assistant name was Frank and front desk were very nice and friendly! Thank you all for great service! Kitty on the right before her surgery.
