This is the second time I've had to come here for an emergency visit and both times they have definitely saved my dogs life. They provide great care and customer service and take your budget into account. I hope my dog doesn't need any medical attention in the future, but if he does I'll definitely be coming here again.

Both Times I've came to bring in my dog I've had the utmost best service! So grateful for these loving and compassionate Veterinarians!

Pros: veterinarian was helpful and nice.

Cons: they traumatized my cat. They had him in the back for 5 hours, to get fluids, a shot, and x rays. Should've only taken 2 hours at max. My cat now hates the vet/other people. I don't know what they did to him back there but he wasn't like this before.

Our dog was treated an hour and a half after being admitted. She passed away because of poor care. Do not go here

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! She was bit by a rattlesnake and we called to ensure they would have treatment available, we were charged over $2000 and they waited 1.5 hours to treat her when they had already lost her pulse. Their negligence cause her to die and dr. Suau was incredibly rude. It is clear they do not care about animals, only care about money. They are not properly staffed is a vet tech is unable to administer medication.

How are you 24 hour, I go for emergency care, and you’re not taking any patients - past or new?

Everyone was so sweet, and the staff treated my fur baby wonderfully. The only reason there are such low ratings is because of people complaining about the price. That’s what happens when you don’t have insurance… imagine not having medical insurance and going to your hospital’s emergency room? Like use common sense, of course it will cost you money. And for peace of mind for your beloved pet, it will always be worth it.
The doctor was fantastic, he was very thorough in explaining everything he was thinking and also listing out his plan of action. The lady that came in to have me sign off on procedures and payment was also very thorough in explaining what I was signing off on and what I was paying for.
Definitely recommending to anyone that needs emergency vet!

I had to bring my cat in with a bladder obstruction. They seemed to know right away what the problem was and started treatment immediately. There was a lot of waiting on my part, but I've experienced the same thing with human ER's so I guess that's par for the course.

The doctors were very professional and seemed to care about their patients, but doing triage and treatment seemed to take priority over bedside manner - again, just like a human ER. Apparently my cat had an unusual condition for his bladder but they were able to treat without surgery. All doctors I dealt with were very knowledgeable and spoke to me with respect and consideration, answering all of my questions. The discharge papers they gave me were incomplete, so I recommend talking to the doctor and asking as many questions as you can when you go to pick up your pet.

Nearly all of the low reviews here seem to be from people upset at the costs of treatment. Folks, it's an ER. It's going to be expensive, just like human ER's. I suggest pet health insurance.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the treatment my cat got here. They saved his life, so that's all that matters.

UPDATE:
We were able to talk to them and get a partially refund from our second vet bill, and am satisfied with the solution!
They are very caring there which is reassuring when dealing with a pet emergency and if we need to use an emergency vet again we will return.

We brought our dog in after he was attacked by another dog. We picked him up later that day after they examined him cleaned and stitched up his wounds. However we discovered additional open wounds they had missed. They didn’t bother checking for any other sounds costing us an additional $700 we had to pay at our vet to again put him under and repair the other wounds. They have ignored our calls and emails to discuss this negligence with them.

The people here are great. Very friendly and helpful. I came for an emergency with my Siberian Husky. They gave me all the info I needed and treated her great. They are a little pricey

If negative stars could be left, I would do that. Please don't bring your animal here!

This place does not care about your pet, only your money. My cat was struggling and I brought him in cause I was worried and didn’t want to wait till the vet the next day. Long story short it’s bad, but they try and charge me $5000 to keep me cat for a day just to monitor him inside and oxygen box while having him on an IV JUST to find out if he had the issue or not! The next day I go to the regular vet and they let me know of the issue within 5 minutes of my visit. Avoid this place at all costs unless it’s a life or death time sensitive situation. They will run your pockets down, sad to see places like this.

My dog wasn't feeling good. Took her to this place. They did a parvo test. That came back according to them positive. Options for treatment were sky high in the thousands. For the visit and the parvo test it was 250. Took her to another vet where they tested her for parvo and she came back negative. They tested her twice to make sure since this vet told us she was positive. Don't recommend this place at all.

I’ve had to come here twice now for my dog Zoe. Both times, Zoe was seen and treated quickly and made great recoveries. Dr. Corona spent a long time with me trying to understand Zoe’s history, what was going on, etc.to pin point the problem. She even ran tests that would help me determine if she had some more chronic issues going on, instead of only treating the immediate symptoms. I will definitely come back here if Zoe ever has an emergency, which I hope she doesn’t!
