9Great customer service, nice place to give your dog a bath, and great selection of pet food and accessories.
I mainly go here for the pet food! There is a lot to choose from and most are good quality. It's a big store with really cute pet clothes, treats, toys, dog beds and more. There's a dog washing station as well that always looks clean. Overall a very clean looking store with a nice vibe, good things to choose from, and helpful staff
I have had their tags for ten years and they are in the same condition as when they came. Easily readable and don't fade over time.

They have had everything I've ever needed, and a couple of good discount programs that help with the total $
They have a dog wash, that's like one of those coin operated self car washes. It's about 20 bucks, which seems a lot, but your dog will mess up their place instead of your own bathroom. I do it occasionally, and it works out well with my 120 lb Rottweiler pup.

I really appreciate that the staff are very nice and very knowledgeable. I've transitioned from a big dog to a very small dog and I needed advice on feeding her.
They were extremely helpful and kind. They have a large variety of dog foods and really helped me decide what was the best choice for my specific dog.

This was my first visit to the Thousand Oaks location to give my special needs dog a bath. The ENTIRE staff was beyond fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I'd give 10 stars if that was an option.
I'm a traitor. I work @ PetSmart, however, like to check out other pet retailers to see what's worth buyin'. Prices are similar & their selection isn't as wide as far as variety in brands. But, what they do have slightly differs & that's a nice change. Also, for $18 they offer a pet self-washing station. Apparently you can wash your dog, cat, guinea pig, pot-bellied pig, hamster, gerbil, rabbit, etc. Not limited to dogs only, like PetSmart's groomers.
