Thats what we call this place because they have so many animals.

Super knowledgable reptile staff. Great selection of pets and animal products.

If i have a question i call them before i call the vet.

Horrible experience. People in this location are V.unprofessional. Place its a mess, dirty, unkept with tools buckets all over. Hazard.you have to chase workers around to be assisted. Visited as a friend said they had good plants. However, will not go back. Sales people unable to place a simple order. Am a business owener. Thus, will never rwcommend this place rather order on line cheaper a lot cheaper
Bad, horrible Customer Service

We were told how to handle our pond snail problem in our aquarium by Ben. He is an expert! The store is great with a friendly staff!

Service is great, i wouldn't buy pet lizard here. The leopard geckos are kept in tiny areas, don't look happy. Granted, I am NOT an expert. Other places give them more room.
I buy crickets here and the service is solid. They have a cricket card that is convenient.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this store, so much that I drive from Orange County. This changed after my most recent visit last month where I purchased around $200 worth of shrimp, fish, and supplies. I was very disappointed to find my shrimp bag filled with Planaria worm infested water. I have never experienced this before and unfortunately, some of these worms hitchhiked and ended up in one of my well established shrimp tanks. These are DANGEROUS and eventually kill shrimp. I had to move my shrimp to another tank and completely start over with their tank which has taken many weeks. It has been a huge headache and now an even bigger headache with most of my shrimp dying. Unfortunately, I should have been more careful with adding these new shrimp but it seems outrageous that I paid such a high cost for these shrimp when sold in worm infested water. Sadly, I plan going somewhere else in the future for shrimp.

This was our first visit and it most definitely won’t be our last. I had the pleasure of meeting the most friendly, educated, hands on, loving associates at Pet Kingdom, all while getting the pleasure to meet and play with Micheal (The Beardy) Marrissa, Hunter, and Brandy were OUTSTANDING! Thank you for the education class today.

Good range of supplies. The lady at the register was super nice. Some of the people seem agitated if you try to ask questions and aren't already super knowledgeable but to each their own

Buy fish from this store at your own risk! I've spent a small fortune at this store and in exchange they gave my tanks several diseases. The latest episode I bought some Cory cats for my soft water tank and they gave my tank a fungal disease. It killed my entire tank! They do not keep their tanks clean.

In the midst of an ammonia poisoning tank catastrophe, with fish dying everywhere, I shot down to Pet Kingdom to get help. Yanel (sp?) and Ben are your guys to see, if you have a tank crisis or any questions about fish care period. With their advice and support, we were able to save my wife's two favorites - Red, a large Redfin Shark and Lucky, the Yo Yo loach (He was Buddy until he jumped out of the tank 4 times, still alive, so.a name change seemed appropriate). Upon reflection, I was a poor owner and it was my fault. No judgement from them and I learned a ton, this won't happen again. This is the only place I will go from here on out, no exceptions. If your fish are sick, take your water there and they will diagnose the problem immediately, as they did for me. All of the staff I have ever spoken to there are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You will walk out a better owner than when you walked in.) Thanks, guys.

Awesome pet store, cool fish and other stuff for ur animals. It's kept up clean and the workers are very nice and helpful. Going back to get more fish.

Not friendly and their hold music is giving wrong facts.

This place is freaking great! The animals are awesome the people are awesome the customer service is awesome the customers are awesome this is an adventure not just a store. Clean courteous customer service oriented with a flavor for providing animals with the best care possible with all the amenities

My go to place for anything involving my aquarium. Ask for Ben, he's extremely knowledgeable and will be able to answer any questions you have.

They have lost a value customer I have to come once a week to buy 2 rats and bunnies food but every single time I go to get a rat they are always so rude every single time there is not a day they can great you good so I just have decided to take my Business somewhere else that will appreciate there job and there customer if you like to be treated like an animal this is the place to come because they don’t care

Love this store for my aquarium. I have a reef aquarium and I love getting frags from here. The prices are outstanding and staff is friendly.

I am so happy with this company and its customer service. They make you feel like family! The location is perfect because it's close enough to all the action and a great selection of animals you can choose if you want to adopt.

Conner and the rest of the associates were super helpful with suggestions on the care and feeding of our Leopard Gecko. Especially with helping to select the correct components for her enclosure from the items we already had. Thank you Conner.

The employees were very knowledgeable and there were huge tortoises throughout the place something everybody would probably enjoy

Amazing pet store with so much to offer. Conner helped us with all our questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made our experience so much easier, approaching us before we had to ask and offering help and advice. We will definitely be back!
