Pet Suites, Aliso Viejo CA

It was my Cavapoo Chewbacca's first time boarding. What a wonderful experience! I was anxious about finding just the right people to care for him and Chewie could not have been in better hands. Definitely 5 Stars! (I'd give 10 but that wasn't an option.)

It is evident that this act was done intentionally. Your staff deliberately spot shaved Bentley's tail without obtaining my consent. The service we requested for Bentley was solely a bath and brush, yet they recklessly mishandled his tail, resulting in a butchered tail. This is extremely unacceptable.and this is the respond of the Michele the manager at Aliso Viejo Location:
"We are deeply sorry and apologize that you are not happy with the way you picked up Bentley. It was my intent to make it right and have Bentley washed and fully brushed out.
Kema’s intent was to prepare him for his next groom, not to upset you or cause you to be unhappy. Again our deepest apologies to you both. ":

Now look how they prepare him for his next groom.

If you want your dog to get groom You can take your dog to EarthWise Pet in Laguna Niguel and ask for Helen: Their price is about $90 for big dogs for bath, brush, and haircut.

I don't recommend Pet Suites at all my Dogs both got ear infections several times after I took them there for bath and Cost me More than $700 to fix their issues and again I took them there for Bath and same issue came back because they don't clean and dry the eras.

Last time I took my Dog and they chopped the tail so I don't take my dog there anymore.look at the images before & After: (

Im fairly new to Pet Suites and been impressed with staff and clean facility. I only used Daycare and each time I picked up my dog he seems happy. Im doing my first boarding soon.

They are not dog friendly at all.

Pet Suites hires the BEST people! They always know Thor, treat him really well, and are creative about solving problems. Absolutely LOVE them!

Pet Suites is well run & there are plenty of employees to keep things running smoothly, like at check-in and check-out. Our 2 dogs enjoy going there for daycare.

The Staff is amazing! They not only give the best care to my German Shepherd, but go the extra mile to accommodate my changing schedule for boarding (drop off & pick up)!
They always greet us by our personal first name when we come!

I highly recommend Pet Suites. I needed a place that would take my dog Bentley ASAP due to an emergency and they would have to administer 3 different meds, one every 11-1/2 hrs and two every 12 hrs. They took great care of him. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

We loveeee Pet Suites! My pup, Luna, has so much fun going and swimming with her new friends! The employees are great about updating me throughout the day and letting me know how she’s doing. Definitely the best place in town to send your pet to!

Love this place. You feel comfortable with the staff and being able to leave your pets. I’ve been sent pictures previously of our girl. We know she gets nervous so I feel at ease leaving her at Pet Suites.

Eliza and Cola had an 8 day visit in mid-July. They seemed quite happy and healthy upon our return. We did receive 5 photos and a video. I would have liked more photos.

Our dog had to go to the vet at the beginning of our stay and Sara took excellent care of her taking her to and from the vet and handling her medications.

My older dog is always happy to go to the Pet Suites for their play time, boarding and grooming. I am always confident when leaving him there knowing he is in great hands. The facility is clean and well maintained. It’s very clear, all of the employees love the pets and their job.

Love this place! You know when your dog is a regular when you arrive and the staff know him by name. My dog gets so excited when we arrive and he is so eager to get out of the car. He loves his “play time” there and is always so happy when I pick him so I know he’s had a great time and, the staff are just wonderful!

I don’t like leaving him at home or with a neighbor or dog sitter, and when I first checked out Pet Suites, they offered to let my Chihuahua run around in a closed room with plenty of dogs for up to 3 hours. First time I’ve seen him it that situation but now I know he’s okay in a locked room with so many other dogs.
He is fiercely protective of me and anything I own, like my cars or my house. Makes a great car alarm … but for him, protection means “I will bite anybody that gets too close, even if you’re on the far side of a parking lot. You’ve been warned! ”
But apparently, when I’m not with him in Pet Suites, he gets along fine with humans.
I’ve used Pet Suites every time I’ve had to go out of town overnight.
And, I’ve spoken to a few neighbors who also take their pets to Pet Suites. They all have good things to say about it.
